He helped us prep our coils and set our vapes up while showing us how to do it without making us feel dumb. “He may not have a 6 wheeled hummer that is showcased in the already tiny parking lot, but this guy is really cool to work with. Prices are lower than that of POTV. Today I tried disposable NORTH cherry cola. Boy do I need to change with the times lol. These disposables are the way to go. I do want to say that POTV also has very nice people working there. “Vape stores in Ohio tend to sell products that say they have D9 in it but then it turns out to be D8 for edibles. Please check the lab reports before buying. You guys do carry some edibles with just D9 in it, which I love. I like the D9 CannaAid gummies. Jon from Planet helped me get those gummies in the picture.”

“Dont be fooled by the name thinking its just a cigarette/cigar shop, this place is a perfect mixture of anything you see in places like planet of the vapes with better prices!! There is usually at least 1 employee in any vape shop that you try to avoid. Not here, you never have to worry about rude service or anything overpriced. I have been a short regular at planet of the vapes, twisted heads, and many other vape shops in the cleveland and elyria areas and not one has come close to this shop and its employees”

“Here in Olmsted Falls, I have been buying loose bagged tobacco and paper tubes in a place that was Convenient. For the past several months, much of the tobacco seemed pulverized nearly like powder and useable. I took the left over pulverized tobacco to that store and the supervisor had no reason for the problem. I explained that I was showing him since most people would stop buying it there. If it continued I would look elsewhere too. This past month, more than half the bag was pulverized and like powder. So, yesterday I went to Cheap Tobacco on Cook Road in North Ridgeville. They explained that the tobacco was likely too old and dried out causing it to break down.This made complete sense to me. So I bought tobacco and tubes there. I was also given a packet to add to the tobacco bag just in case it ever seems too dry or too wet. They were most helpful. Plus, the total price was $11 less than the place that was Convenient. And I made two packs of cigarettes this morning and it was all the correct consistency. I must also say that this store has everything you might want. Thank you so much, Cheap Tobacco.”

“I really recommend this store. I went in knowing very little about vape products, and the staff here worked with me to help me understand my options, and the pros/cons of each. The only negative thing is that their prices are REALLY high compared to buying things online. I understand that they have a physical store, employees, stock, etc., so they have costs an online store won't, but the price differences are pretty massive. This might well be true of most physical stores though, so I wouldn't hold it against these guys.”
