If I could give zero stars I would. Worst location ever. No Amazon kiosk so don't go to this one if you don't enjoy waiting 30 min for the clerk to service 1 person. There was literally no one else in the store and I stood there for 20 min. He couldn't even say, hey, I'll be with you in a moment or I can take care of you real quick on this register since the customer in front of me was clearly processing something complicated that he was having trouble with.

The older woman kept giving her coworker looks because I didn’t have the shipping label that I was never sent and the guy who was “helping” me was very rude.

The employees and management are wonderful people. Gabby was sensational and I will return and send my friends and family to see her at the Ridgepark Square location.

I’m not sure if the stores is under new ownership, but I’ve always been treated with great customer service and really nice people that work there. I went in there on November 3. A very young man treated me quite rudely and weirdly. There was a new blonde woman with him hanging signs. I have never seen either of these two people before. I will not be going back to this UPS store.

Not helpful at all. Ended up going to another UPS store a couple of miles away, and they were able to help with an Amazon return.
