edit: what a difference seven years makes! in the last few years, the shopping experience at this store has become so unpleasant that i will dive further just to get to a different target, if i simply have to go to the store. which i try to avoid at all costsThe people who shop here are kind of douchey but the employees are pretty great. The store is usually very clean and there's a great selection in every department.

I went to target, thinking that'll just be a regular day at target but when I entered, I was greeted by every single worker looking at me and the people who standing at the checkout and it was not like I was greeted in a nice way they were just looking at me with a rude face, and I just said OK, and I went to the vinyls at the target and workers were just passing me looking at me acting like I was stealing like how is that even possible I just don't recommend this target. I would never return back to this target.

Chris and Joe of guest services absolutely made my day. Every single time I come to this target they always make it a point to make sure I have a great visit. Today, they helped me purchase my first Christmas tree and even loaded it in the car for me.Can’t wait to decorate it!

I will never shop here again these people think every black person that comes in the store is a thief I have never felt so uncomfortable buying my items in my life the white lady with the ponytail stood over me the entire time I purchased my items then had the audacity to ask me if I rang up some $2 water I know what her job is but there were several other white people.there.ans she chose me as always when black people come in it's very sad and I don't appreciate being treated that way we all spend the same money

This location is the worst I've been to. I prefer to use pick up option here. The inside is usually very messy, questionably stocked and always restocking in a way that is disruptive to an enjoyable shopping experience. It's always busy with customer base that is generally rude and hurried. Drive to the North Olmsted location for a better experience.

Horrible customer service. The LYING employee said they do not check people out at customer service and proceeded to have a major attitude claiming “she will never do this again and it will be the last time she does.” After calling customer service and confirming they do INDEED check people out at customer service, this store won’t have to worry I’ll never be back.

Went to get cat food, was able to at least get 1/2 of the variety my cats eat which was more than other Target stores had.

This is a horrible store. I am having surgery and needed a couple things in ladies apparel and wasn’t having any luck finding what I needed, I saw a lady walk by me twice and I noticed she had a walkie talkie on and assumed she worked there and was going to ask her for help but she gave me a very unfriendly glance so I decided not to worry about it and when I turned the corner there she was again staring at me and this made me very uncomfortable so I got the other two items I needed and when checking out I asked the cashier who she was and she said she was assess protection and after paying the lady was standing by the registers and I told her if she would have asked me if I needed help I would have gotten out 10 mins sooner and she said sarcastically do you need help. I said not now and she’s like oh well you can leave now and it’s not my job to help and something about I shouldn’t worry about her watching me if I wasn’t doing anything wrong. I’ve never been treated this way in a store or by anyone. I will never go back in this store. I’ve worked in customer service for over twenty years and I would never treat anyone like this.

I have been to a few different targets lately and mostly I have noticed they are understaffed especially at the checkout. I dispise the self checkout and always end up needing assistance anyway ?. I was excited when I got an actual teller today-and I wanted to commend the excellent customer service I got from Alex who told me I was his last customer before his break. He then proceeded to be so pleasant when checking me out. Another customer even said hello to him while he was working with me and told me he is "the best". Which showed me that kindness is his regular state. It's rare these days to get excellent customer service and kindness rolled into one experience. Thank you Alex!

Target is a family favorite place to shop for nearly everything. Nice store, help sales associates, clean, and organized.

Increased frustration at checkout…1 open checkout that is not self checkout…remodel has been frustrating but staff is helpful…Management puts them in impossible situations.Visit less and less frequently and wonder why I even go at all.I just want to scream a profanity when I am there…

I can't believe some of the lousy reviews this store got because in my mind, it is one of the best. People here are helpful and answer any questions you may have. I've never had any issues at this store at all.

the bigggggg ladyat customers services is the rudest I've ever seen I can understand why she act like I was infected and her comments oooooo someone will tell her offf. I hate this store and yea I'm. a 65 year old veteran I've seen alot in my life but I'm really up with her conduct

Used to be a great place to shop as they hired those with special needs. Nowadays, it is one of the most non-USA companies around. Find another place.
