“Shawn drilled two balls for me. Not only that but he also provided me with a lot of information and educated me on various ball layouts, how and why the ball is reacting a certain way on the lanes, etc. I like how I left with more knowledge than I came in with and it wasn’t simply about drilling my ball and just sending me on my way. All in all, it’s a very impressive store with a wide selection of items and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!”

He’s always ready to share his knowledge with his customers. If he doesn’t have it, he’ll either get it for you or tell you where to get it. The prices are a tad higher than I like but I've always liked Athleta products a lot and they last a while. I also appreciate the fact that they usually have tall sizes in leggings. I struggle to find that at Lululemon unless it's online.”

“Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist.
But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.
The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.
I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.
I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.
This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.”

I came in to get my 8-year-old a new bat and ended up walking out with two bats, a glove, and a T-ball stand — all for more than 50% off retail. Dan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. “Let’s face it, indoor shoes aren’t what they used to be 15yrs ago. Everything is super tight and just awful. With that said, Frontline carries Vizari, an aesthetically ugly shoe, but man, they are comfortable!!! Wide fit, with new inserts and grip socks, probably the best $55 I ever spent on indoors. Trust me, get them, support a local business, and you’ll be happy with your purchase.”

“I went to the Westgate location today to buy a new Guardians city connect hat for a gift. I didn’t see an adjustable one in the style I wanted. I have a bad hip and couldn’t stand long so I asked a very nice young lady employee if they have the one I want. She went back to check and came out of the back room with the exact hat. She then put it in a bag with tissue for the gift. Over and beyond. Great store. Always has been.”
