Exceptional customer service, pleasant, friendly, and kind Sephora agent! Although this Sephora did not have the product my mom was looking for based on the size of this particular store. The agent smiled beautifully as she cleaned a makeup brush and gave mom and I the necessary information we needed.

Prejudiced....When my daughter and I go here they treat her differently like she isn't allowed to use the testers that are clearly labeled as "try me". Some older woman associate told my daughter not to use the blush stick on her face. EXCUSE ME, WHERE ARE THE RULES POSTED? And you wouldn't say that to a teenaged white girl with a face of BACTERIAL acne. I was even told that if I sniff the Drunk Elephant lotion it will become contaminated??? Huh?? They treat us both like we have a disease when in actuality some of the workers here clearly have a mental illness. Many products remain out of stock and samples are either tampered with or disappearing. Look in the mirror Rocky River.

Never got my hair cut there but I will go there in a few months. I just got my hair cut. It's way to short now did not want it cut short around my ears. I really like that cut it's the way I wanted to get my hair cut. Very good cut!!!

If ever your in Kohl's and go onto Sephora, make sure you ask for Laura. She helped me in every way possible she knew the products she knew what it worked for. She was knowledgeable and I couldn't of done it without her. Thank you, Laura you are the best that Stewart even though it's a little smaller then all the other Sephora's, but it's your packed with great stuff sure you go in.

I was there searching for a few specific products. That they either didn't have what I was looking for exactly or just didn't sell those type of products anymore, or whatever did. This is actually only my third time as a Sephora this location being the first time. The ladies were very helpful, so helpful in fact I feel as if they were following behind me everywhere I went, waiting for me to pickpocket something. They they first offered me a little basket. As I had had a few products in my hand that I was debating on while I walked to the store. Then was approached and ask if I could put my jacket behind the counter while I was shopping. Out of courtesy I did even though I felt as if they had already pegged me as a shoplifter. I'm a woman and I could walk through a store for hours on end looking at everything and walk out not necessarily Buy anything. Especially this only being my third visit to a Sephora. I'm fully aware that the staff needs to pay close attention so there is no loss or theft. But I don't believe I will be returning to that actual location as I hate being assumed as anything but myself. I ended up placing the stuff that I had picked up back where I had gotten it from and had thanked them for their help and didn't purchase anything. I believe it's so sad this world is coming down to everybody just assuming that everybody is going to be doing something wrong or or has bad intentions so much so it reflects.

Every time I go in there they make me feel extremely uncomfortable . They always want to take the products out of my hands and put them at the front register. -Not The shopping experience I’m looking for. I’ll be shopping at Ulta next time.
