I’ve been shopping at Sally’s since the 80s. I stopped into the Fairview Park store on November 14th at around 4:00 and was helped by an employee, I did not get their name but they had on a black dress and long dark hair with bangs. I have to tell you they gave me the best customer service I have ever had! I will definitely keep shopping at the Fairview location for now on! I hope management sees this review because that employee was awesome!

Leah is so helpful and sweet. She helped me with all the questions I had and gave me really good advice on what to use for my hair. She was also really friendly.

We went into the store today to get color for my 10 year old daughter. We did not know much but Zeke and Liz were extremely helpful!! They were very friendly and went above and beyond. We would definitely return to that store.

I enjoy this location because the employees are always helpful, friendly and have manners! I don’t find those traits at too many businesses these days. So I’d suggest choosing this location over the others and they always have what you may need or be looking for. Z is great with the customer service skills and has some cool hair! We need more people like them ??

have grown up going to sally’s and rely on them for all my hair dye needs. they always give honest opinions of products and try to help you make the best decision for yourself before trying to just push a sale. the workers are always really nice and make it one of my easiest errands to run

I absolutely LOVE the employees at Sally's! My most recent visit was at Fairview and I feel like I won the lottery by meeting Leah! She literally did a consultation with me in the store and knew exactly what I needed, it was amazing. I spent $50 dollars on products, I've never done that, it was exciting. People of America, my hair looks flipping fabulous! Highly recommend!

I came to Sally’s in a rush and Julie was so sweet and helpful. She greeted me when I walked in and asked if she could help in any way! She showed me her favorite bleach and helped me pick out the perfect toner based on a couple reference pics and the conversation we had about my hair’s attributes. Thanks again Julie— you were so lovely and such a doll! I’ll definitely be back in for that Strawberry Milk dye!

I was saddened with my visit to this location. I had went in with my partner in attempts to get hair dye, and there were 6 people in the store including us. The cashier had gone around the store not once, but twice asking if anyone was in need of assistance. That is everyone except my partner, the only women of color in the store. We left without purchasing our items and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I hope this location can learn and do better.

The girl that was working was being really rude to the other employees. i think she’s the manager because she nearly forced me to apply for the store credit card. i said no and was asked 3 more times. i think her name was Sam. she made me very uncomfortable..

I'm in love with this store and it’s staff. Kudos to the hiring manager of such amazingly informed and helpful employees. The place is small but mighty! I wish I could hang out there all day but I don’t want to be that weird old lady!!

I had and awesome experience purchasing products until I realized I was charged twice. I spoke to the manager who was awful and very rude. Wouldn't let me explain and told me to call customer service. She actually yelled and talked over me. Last time I will return.
