I went to the Westgate location today to buy a new Guardians city connect hat for a gift. I didn’t see an adjustable one in the style I wanted. I have a bad hip and couldn’t stand long so I asked a very nice young lady employee if they have the one I want. She went back to check and came out of the back room with the exact hat. She then put it in a bag with tissue for the gift. Over and beyond. Great store. Always has been.

Hi , I am just beginning to shop sports stores , as grandkids now into sports. I am not yet comfortable , nor know my way around shopping for sport stuff. Entering Rallys Fairview park.last week, a wonderful.staff person, Chase, could sense my apprehension. She encouranged me to share what I was there for. After sharing , she came up with a brillant solution/suggestion for the gift I needed. Small town caring! It was a wonderful experience! Comfort level shopping at Rallys Fairview Park. Perfect!

Great layout and large supply of all sports merchandise. I received a beautiful, well made Browns shirt that was the incorrect size. I called and had no trouble returning it and getting the correct size. People were very curtious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this sports store.

First time here & I was impressed by the amount of product in store. So much to look at & so many things I now want! My son bought his Dad a Joe Thomas jersey for Christmas. His Dad really liked it.

Service is great . Knowledgeable stag who directed me to online stores to complete my purchase. Easy to reach in Westgate shopping center. Parking is plentiful steps to the doors of the store.

I notice that, when I walk into a Rally House, I'm followed around the entire store by staff. No matter which section I go to, they always position themselves where they can see what I'm doing. It makes me feel like they think I'm going to steal something. I'm a Black man, and I have things hard enough as it is without being followed around when I'm trying to have a positive shopping experience. This really needs to stop, or I won't be patronizing any Rally House stores anymore.
