Alexis was wonderful! I treated myself to a massage and facial. It was amazing!! I highly recommend treating yourself to this. Alexis was very professional, made sure I was very comfortable and really made this special. I highly recommend her and this spa.

Let's analyze the situation. I spent $150 on what was supposed to be a massage, but it turned out to be just a lady rubbing lotion on me. There was no actual massage. On top of that, I paid $65 for a leg waxing, but I still have hair on my legs. It's ridiculous. The only positive aspect of this spa is the facial, although I find the price too high for someone to simply apply some product on my face. To make matters worse, I was forced to pay a $60 tip without even being given the opportunity to suggest an amount. In total, I paid $400 and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She charged someone else's card and then blamed me for it. I strongly advise against going to this place. They are a complete rip-off and definitely not worth it. I am extremely disappointed.

I was there today for a stem cell facial. Alexis was my attendant and she was marvelous. She made my first trip there into a very enjoyable experiene. I look forward to returning.

I had my hair done at PJ's Day Spa for my wedding last Saturday, and Sue did absolutely amazing work. Everyone was telling me how gorgeous my hair looked the whole day.

Tried PJs Spa out for a pedicure and manicure while visiting the Cleveland/ Fairview area. The staff was very friendly and professional, and my toenails & and fingernails look great.
They offer a hole range of beauty services, so next time I visit, I will try a facial and massage.

First time here, came for a highlight. So glad I did. Jamie was great!. She asked lots of questions about my hair. She took her time and did a great job. She styled my hair differently than I usually do and I love it! I will be back to see her.

I had heard of Pj's years ago so when some friends and I decided to have a self care day I thought we should try here. I called about two weeks in advance and was able to make a reservation for four people for pedicures. They do request a card up front for parties that size and do say if you cancel or don't show you will still be required to pay for half of the service - which I think is fair. They also encouraged us to bring a bottle of wine to relax. They did provide a bottle opener and glasses for us. We checked in at the desk on the first floor and then were escorted upstairs to the nail salon (first floor is hair) we were told to pick out our nail polish and then brought to our chairs. I had a hard time deciding between two colors but my nail technician was so helpful and incorporated both colors - she said my toes looked like vintage Christmas ornaments and I love vintage! The water was the perfect temperature for me but they were more than happy to adjust. We got to choose a scrub for our feet and legs - I chose the pear scrub. The ladies let my friends and I chat but also joined in our conversation at times. My technician (I think Renee) was wonderful. My friends and I decided we will definitely be returning on our next self care day!

Came here with 3 of my girl friends to celebrate my birthday & the staff took such great care of us! Beth at the front desk was very helpful with scheduling which services & when to ensure we all stayed together, and Alexis & team provided great pedis and a facial. We used the party room for coffee & breakfast - it was perfect. Thank you!!

Peter and his staff enjoy our food at Umami Rice Bowls. I decided to consult Peter on my hair and how to make it look better than the way I have been cutting it for years. I am very happy with the service I received from everyone at the spa, the professionalism Peter showed me, and ultimately his attention to detail. I highly recommend PJ's to everyone needing their hair styled, massage, manicure, and/or pedicure.
