“I love Costco. Since it's conveniently located in the town where we live., I can recoup all fees for the cost of membership since gas is consistently cheaper there than by other gas station around. The food options are numerous and if you're not great at math, use the calculator for n your phone to see if the bulk options are actually a cost savings. Staples we buy there included laundry and dishwasher soap, vitamins and supplements, and coffee. $5 for a fully cooked rotisserie chicken? Crazy. Walk the aisles, take in some samples and save some money.”
“Well, after reading some of the reviews below, I’m just shocked. Strongsville Drug Mart on prospect is the most spectacular store anywhere. I pick up a lot at the pharmacy and those people are stupendous. Jordan will always be my favorite, but there are others and every single one of them is like greeting people with sunshine The deli is wonderful. The store has a lot of products everything I could ever want and it’s always clean and organized. I consider this “ my store”. Thanks guys, For everything you do!”
“I’ve transferred all my prescriptions here from CVS on Ridge in Parma. I have been to the pharmacy here a few times now and have never had any problems. My prescriptions have been ready in a timely manner and the pharmacy staff is always friendly/helpful. I have also called here a few times and they pharmacy staff gives the same great customer service over the phone as in person.
I have only shopped the main store twice now for a few items I was out of, not a full grocery list. I’m not as familiar with this location as the Giant Eagles in Parma. This location is organized way different and the isles are angled a weird way. I’m not sure that I like it. It could be to that I’m just not used to the set up. The workers at the front end were friendly both times I shopped and efficient.”
“Just started using this pharmacy. Angie and Michelle are so awesome, very friendly they treat you like family. Wish I had started going here a lot sooner than I did. I have to drive a little farther than I did when going thru Rite Aid but so worth it. I give this place a 5 star plus!”
“I absolutely, positively Love this Discount Drug Mart!! The employees are very kind & helpful.. I'm really satisfied with the pharmacy..I came in today for my flu & Covid shots...the pharmacist, Michelle was very nice, & helpful with my anxiety!! I also find a lot of cool stuff here!! This store takes, me back to the way stores were when I was kid!! I will only go to Discount Drug Mart, for my drug store needs, also now I have a new pharmacy ❤️☺️”

“Would be 5 stars, but your self checkouts aren’t able to be used without the single self check person (the self check people are kind, I’m sure they don’t get paid enough) running back and forth between 6 registers (upgrade those self checks or get rid of them at this point everyone complains about them every time I’m there), and then the middle aged bald guy with blue eyes at the customer service counter seemed super annoyed to help my mother check out when she had mostly discounted items so she couldn’t use the self check when she tried and the self check person directed her to go there for help. Floor staff are always helpful.”
“I just went to drop off a Fed X package today and the gentleman that came to help(not sure of the name but had a white shirt and tie on) came to greet me swiftly, with a smile, and was very nice. After a rough day of shopping with very rude customer service this made my day. Thank you!”

“I have been using them for 3 years now. Several times meds were going to be delivered to my home and needed to be signed for and nobody would be home. Just a simple call and get them delivered to my job where I can sign for them. Always excellent customer care service and fast delivery on medication. Would definitely recommend if you are dealing with a workman's comp case. Aboutbthe only good thing to deal with when dealing with WC.”
“I had an issue with a glass jar of almond butter. While stirring the contents of the jar, the butter knife I was using popped through the bottom of the jar, and I almost got cut by the huge glass shard. Needless to say, the almond butter was rendered useless. I called the Southland store, and a helpful manager by the name of Tyler told me to bring in the store receipt, and they would make an exchange. I did just that, and Dorian at customer service was efficient in assisting me.
Both of these gentlemen were very professional and very empathetic, and they are great ambassadors for the Marc’s brand. Kudos to both of them!”

“UPDATE: After posting the below review, I was contacted the next day to have my order fixed and delivered. It was delivered on Wednesday. I appreciate that Sam's Club reached out to correct this issue, though I am still frustrated that it is so difficult to reach them by phone. I was also told I would receive a gift card in my order for the inconvenience, but I did not receive one. Overall, I am thankful they fixed the problem, and hopefully my experience is better in the future.
I placed an online delivery order for Saturday that didn’t show up. After waiting until well past the delivery window, I called and was told they were too busy so they would call me back later. They didn’t, so I called again and was told that the third party delivery driver didn’t show up. They rescheduled the order for Monday. After waiting well past the delivery window again, I tried calling over a dozen times (the phone rings about 25 times then hangs up) for over an hour. We still have not gotten our order and are extremely frustrated that not only is this location not providing a service that it advertises, it does not notify the customer when there is a problem with the delivery. Apparently they expect me to spend my whole day calling instead of simply informing me of what is going on.”

The staff member offered to look up what it would be using a different discount card, which ended up bringing the cost down to $25. This saved me not only on this visit but makes the prescribed medication more feasible for the long term. Thank you!”
