“You know what...their clothes are a lil expensive for the quality and it's not typically my type of fashion but I will say they way the tend to you is pretty impressive. I had a girl making up several outfits for me and I thought that this was fun! It was neat to see what she put together for me and it wasn't like she just grabbed what she wanted to sell. She was actually asking me what kind of jeans and colors I like and what I usually like to wear. The best part is when I was in the fitting room she would be within a year shot away so I didn't have to get all dressed and shoes on just to grab a smaller size on the floor and head back in the fitting room to do it all over again. This definitely cut down on time and made things so much easier. They will clean up your fitting room when you're done so you can just get out of there. The best thing about this store is they offer 10% off for Military. I tend to stay loyal to stores who offer a Military discount.”

“Christophier Clothiers is making me a custom suit, and custom shirt for my wedding. He consulted on socks, belts, and shoes, which I also purchased from his store. He got me completely squared away for my wedding in an efficient 2 hours.The entire experience was white gloved and tailored to my preferences and the characteristics of my event. He consulted on fabrics and styles, clearly drawing on his many years of experience and the knowledge of the local market. He took more measurements than I knew existed. I left feeling extremely confident in how I'd look the day of.The product was of course not cheap, but I felt it was priced fairly for a completely custom wedding outfit of Italian linen/silk blend built from scratch. Especially considering the level of service I received.I'll re-edit this once I pick up and suit up with the final package, but the experience was so good I had to create some level of review up front. “The people that work here are great. Positive attitudes and very helpful. I love the clothes and coats at Eddie Bauer, although a little pricey, worth it because it's quality and they have a great warranty. This visit, Jen & Ben helped me exchange a coat that I was having issues with. Ben was new (although at first I couldn't tell, he told me) but had great confidence and was very friendly. His manager, Jen, gave him the space to try this return on his own and he almost did it but there was some confusion so she stepped in. Great team work and great interaction amongst them. I felt like they were friends of mine and we were figuring it out together. It was resolved and I got my new coat. I was very pleased.”

“Wow! I haven't been to Macy's in so long, and today was an awesome trip! There were a lot of sales and while the women's section had 5 workers standing gabbing around 4 pm and ignored me. I thought I check out shoes and luggage..Shoes dept was super busy with about 20 customers, and there Shelly was the only person in the whole department. She was running, getting shoes, answering questions, ringing out customers. She reminded me of what it used to be like to shop at Macy's. Most professional and a class act sales associate I've had in a long time. I hope her hard work and kindness is seen by management and they reward her.”

Jayson helped me find what I wanted to order for my wedding suit in the Ticknors catalog, then I tried on a couple different pants and jackets with Brian's help to get my correct size. They estimated a 10-14 day waiting time after I placed the order, but a week or two later they reached out and said my jacket was back-ordered, but it should still come in time for my wedding. I assume everything should fit well once it arrives based on the measurements and alteration notes they took during my initial visit. I appreciate everyone was open, kind and easy to talk to. Dominic is pretty cool too! I met him at the bridal show at the IX Center and he's the reason I visited in the first place!”
