My cashier, Terry, was so fun. She was helpful and personable. It was refreshing and a good experience. :-) I like the Westgate store the best. It is 2 floors, so not as cluttered and crowded.

I don’t know who the lady was working Amazon returns but she was so rude for absolutely no reason. I stepped aside twice while Amazon loaded so that other customers could go in front of me and she still sent me away LITERALLY said “I have to help the next customer.” I needed her help and she refused. I left the store in tears.

Always shopping at Kohls at Westgate mall. I love to order things online for pick up it is convenient and easy. They just need more associates at the cash registers to help with bring down the line. There are a lot of elderly people and people with disabilities that can not wait as long in line.

Lack of customer service and what is up with the workers smoking by the side entrance. I always see workers talking and smoking right by the doors.
I didn’t even go inside.

Cheap clothing, bad customer service and disregard for the local community. I may come back to this Kohl's for their going out of business sale. Otherwise I will stay away.

Our sales associate, Tapati, was very helpful, patient and ridiculously personable. She is the model by which all sales associates and cashiers should be judged. A breath of fresh air!!!

Tapati the cashier was extremely helpful and kind to some international students we brought to shop. The gentleman in the suit department helped our friends pick out nice suits for their upcoming college graduation! Kohl’s staff is amazing!

I specifically came to buy a pocketbook. It's not a good selection for me. I was not able to buy one. However, I did buy 4 complete outfits for spring/summer, which I am happy with.
