Absolutely love this place! My daughter has been taking lessons here for about a year and we have had an amazing experience. The staff have been absolutely great! Yesterday for the first time my daughter had a melt down at the beginning of her lesson. As her instructor found ways to make her feel comfortable to start the lesson two of the deck staff came over to help. One sat with my daughter and the other talked with me (as I was also apprehensive watching my daughter be upset). Together they were able to calm my daughter down and get her actively participating in her lesson.

Organized, efficient, great teachers, clean, safe. Comfortable area to watch classes and regular updates from teachers.

The area where kids set up the clothes bags, they should have something there or someone should be there to clean the place.this place gets wet all the time, and too many kids fall down in the area already.

This place is a waste of money. The Whole30 minutes, she's just sitting there. Not learning The Thing she had 8 classes and still doesn't know how to swim. Yes, the teacher is very nice. But why am I spending a $110 on classes? Where she's not even learning how to swim. Then I go to cancel the classes and sign her up for something else. You gotta give him a 30 day notice that is bull. I'm paying you guys if I want to cancel the classes. I should have the right to cancel them

I really enjoy taking my son here. The instructors are excellent and they give you a brief recap after every single lesson. A great place for a kid to learn to swim and for parents to keep up with their progress.

We love the staff at the Fairview Park Goldfish location. Ms. Laurie and Ms. Lynn are awesome. My kids are always excited to go to swim lessons. We have had many swim instructors that were great. However, Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Hannah have been my children's main instructors, and they are amazing. They bring out the best in their students. They always give feedback, with positive and things that they need to work on. We also enjoy the Family Swim benefit that is provided when you become a member. We love it there!

My daughter is very comfortable learning how to swim here. She had a bad experience elsewhere and she was reluctant to get back into the water. She loves her instructor and looks forward to every weekly lesson!

A waste of money imo. There’s no goal setting when you start to determine what the child should be accomplishing. The classes consistently end early and the kids spend a lot of time sitting and watching. Out of the 30 minutes the class lasts he probably actually swims less than 5 min. After 7 weeks he doesn’t know how to tread water. I’m going to take him and teach him myself.

Each instructor at Goldfish Fairview is kind and works great with our children. Our children have made great progress! Goldfish Fairview is clean, well run, and my kids love going here!

I've been to other goldfish swim school, but this location is just amazing! The staff are professional and friendly. The place is always clean! Great experience honestly. My kids are so excited to go always.

My kids took 2 months of swim classes elsewhere and had ZERO progress. In only 5 lessons at Goldfish they can go underwater/not hold their nose under, float, starting to swim above and under water and understand safety techniques. I thought Goldfish was too expensive, but now I see you get what you pay for. I'm very happy with their progress!

Goldfish offers a great swim program with teachers who are enthusiastic and clearly enjoy working with children. It is easy to schedule classes, and the ability to schedule make-ups is super convenient. The office staff is always happy to help. We have had a very positive experience and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a swim program for their young child(ren).

Clean, convenient, friendly environment! I'm watching my daughter make progress very quickly with her swim skills even at a young age. The amenities like showers, changing rooms, and hair drying station make it easy for us to stop in for lessons and continue on with our day! I also appreciate the ease of which we are able to reschedule when we are going to miss a lesson.

I started both of my daughters with swim lessons at age 3 (they are 7 and almost 10 now). Each child learned and progressed differently. After being with goldfish for almost 7 years, I have seen the quality of instruction significantly degrade and have witnessed little calibration between the revolving door of instructors. I have always felt that consistent involvement builds muscle memory for this fun and life saving skill. Over the past 6-9 months, my youngest daughter regressed in her skills, all while trying to earn her last star to complete the last level prior to moving up to swim force. It has been near impossible to get her in to make up lessons from missed classes over the years due their limited availability for her level and our work/school schedules. The general manager was great about substituting several make up tokens for personal one on one lessons. However, at least two times over the past 6 months, time was taken off of work to get my daughter to her one on one lesson only to be turned away because there was no communication between the general manager and the staff. I have had many great memories at goldfish over the years and am so happy that my children have a basic knowledge of competitive swim and life saving techniques for safe water fun. Unfortunately, I have been deeply disappointed by the lack of care my family has been treated with over the past 6-9 months and would not recommend this facility to anyone who values their time or money. There are plenty of other swim schools in the area with comparable amenities and possibly greater service and results.
