If I could give lower than a 1 star for this location I would... Can't ever reach them. No one answers the phone. Been calling for a week for my pre order...... Games been released already and apparently they have no clue where it is. Stay away from this location. All the staff are horrible at their jobs.

It's still a very nice game spot. Wasn't busy. My husband bought a new headset & is happy with his purchase.

This gamestop has the worst rudestemployees of any gamestop in Ohio. I sent gamestop corporate a letter about my experience in that store. Hopefully they replace them with better employees.

If I could give it 0 I would. The most unprofessional store leader I have ever heard of or seen. Telling others about how he wrote up one of his workers, getting yelled at by another worker in front guest. Don't recommend. Go to another store if you need anything.

Awesome place, very friendly staff, and very knowledgeable. They are willing to help you aquire game related products even if not in store, they take the time to find what you need if available, then they can either do direct to store or your address.

Stopped in this morning to have them troubleshoot the Xbox One I purchased from a friend as my son's Christmas gift. Shane was knowledgeable, helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get my son gaming. Shane's ability to multitask and keep everyone engaged and happy should be commended. This was my first experience at a Game Stop and it could not have better. Thanks to Shane, I now have a very happy 11 year old.

I went to this game stop to buy joy con controllers and on the wall were hanging the orange and purple colors so I grabbed that box, it was empty but I assumed they kept them in the back like they do with their games so I didn’t think anything of it. The line being halfway out the door and the associate Shane just talking away with these customers about his favorite games. I waited in line for a good 20 minutes when finally it was my turn I put the box up on the counter and he goes “nope don’t have those.” Why are they hanging on the wall then? The man behind me was also buying those controllers so he was just as surprised as I was. Do better gamestop, waste of time.

Surprised they are still in business, almost no titles. I like hard copies for collecting, but I guess that is a thing of the past
