I have lived here for almost a year with my boyfriend. We weren’t sure about the place despite the mixed reviews but we’ve had a great experience so far. The office ladies and maintenance team are always very helpful and timely for getting things fixed or helping me unlock my door if I left my keys behind, etc. They are always keeping things cleaned in the halls/elevators, adding on to the infrastructure, or hosting events for everyone. I’ve had some issues with loud neighbors but that can happen anywhere. Other than that it’s all positives, I truly love the price, my apartment lay out, location, amenities, and the helpful team here!

After a rough start, things are vastly improved. Many upgrades to the property have been made. Enjoyable place to live.

Tara at the leasing office and the manager have been very accommodating and very helpful. They go above and beyond what most apartments would do for their residents, and am very happy to be living here and able to renew my lease with them. I recommend this place for anyone looking for luxury apartments!

I have been a resident at Fairview Village Apartments for a little over 6 years. It's a great place to live and I feel very safe here. In my 6 years many upgrades have been made from minor to major to improve the property. Management is very friendly and sincerely cares about everyone's safety. Maintenance is friendly, dependable and most importantly knowledgeable about how to correct any problems, especially during an emergency call. Upgrades have been made to the old lighting around the apartments that has really made me feel safe at night. New washers and dryers have been installed in the laundry rooms that are very nice to use. Yes, rents have gone up in the 6 years since I've lived here, but not astronomically like many communities in this area. Recently management has returned to pre-pandemic extras they provide at no cost to the residents such as a free BBQ and also a soup and sandwich dinner with others planned for the future. If you're looking for a great place that is centrally located west of Cleveland with great shopping, grocery stores and more, contact them and take a tour.

I appreciate the recent soupand sandwich event held for the residents, the installation of courtyard lighting, the laundry roomrenovation, and the in-progress intercom improvement installation.I would like to request that, with the warmer weather coming, that the common areas be kept more tidy, and the rules against using patios and balconies as storage areas be enforced. I would like to see that grass be planted in the courtyard and other areas where it is now only dirt, and if the ivy is removed as well.Lastly. I hope that some flowers andplants be put in the office area borders and at Lorain Rd. entrances, as there were none last year.

My stay @ Fairview Village Apartments are mixed feelings. Although, I feel the staff is professional & nice. They do repairs usually, in a timely manner but, they need to update the inside of their apartments. These apartments are out dated. I don’t mind if the rent goes up every time you sign the lease, but if the apartment isn’t worth it (and this apartment isn’t) why continue to to sign the lease.

Nice apartments but the neighbors can't keep to themselves. They'll come into your apartment whenever they want to for no reason whether it's maintenance or management with no prior notification of any kind. It's a total nightmare living here.

*Note: I haven't moved in yet and may change my opinion in future.Let me just say, this has been the absolutely BEST and easiest rental process I've ever experienced! (This review covers the rental agent, rental procedure, apartment size, amenities, and location.)My leasing agent Tara has tolerated many ridiculous questions and pretty much held my hand from first contact through today -- when I get my keys!! And since we have a couple of things in common, that made it all the more pleasant. ????The rental company (Zaremba?) uses digital/online leases which can be a bit difficult on a cellphone screen; it's also 53 pages long! I couldn't get my phone to print the documents, and they wouldn't download; good thing I took screenshots of every page!I've rented a one-bedroom unit which (worrisomely) seems a little small at first glance, but I'm moving from a three-bedroom ranch where this unit would fit into the storage area so....I've based my furniture choices not only on personal taste, but also on what will fit into a passenger elevator since the larger one is closed for repair. ???? I had to leave one of my favorite antique pieces behind, but I realized I can take my absolute favorite instead! So lose-win lol. I'll also have to use two carpets for the living room (to protect the light carpet) instead of one, for the same reason. When it comes to size, I've been using the floor plan I received when I applied, but I'll be double-checking all the measurements today after I get in; I've got movers coming tomorrow so I want to be sure stuff will fit the first time -- I'm not paying to have them move everything somewhere else! I'll update this review re: measurement accuracy. The halls could use some surface attention (new paint, etc) but honestly, if you're moving here as a status thing, just remember that the prices here are pretty average for the area -- you get what you pay for. If you want to show off, get a loft in the Flats! From what I've seen thus far, the amenities are incredible! I had looked at a local (very very slightly less expensive), no-amenity apartment complex before this one, and for $100 more than they wanted I get access to a pool, fitness center, barbecue area, party room, garage (minimal extra fee, wait list), basketball court, and several more things I can't even remember. And all are located very conveniently! The laundry rooms are nice, well-maintained, and well-equipped; they're working on a secure package storage area with locking delivery locations; there is keyless/code entry for residents and trusted visitors; and they take cats!!!!And hey -- did I mention it's walking distance to the MetroPark? The location is beautiful and there are trees absolutely everywhere, including the one directly off my balcony which currently gives me privacy.Overall, right now I'm thrilled with my choice! Let's see how it plays out over the next couple of weeks. ????
