i went into the fairport dollar store yesterday to buy laxative. I was followed in by a man sweeping the parking lot right to the medicine area. he proceeded to follow me, get inches from my face, give me a dirty look and literally sweep around my shoes. then when I asked him to back off he got angry like he was going to fight. he left angry and no one said anything to me. the customer was not helped at all. not the first time I've gotten attitude from the employees. just sucks to go in there half the time cause of stupid stuff like this.

The older lady who worked tonight was very rude to myself and another doordasher. She yelled at us the whole time we were there even tho she couldn’t seem to do her job half the shelves were empty.

Older blonde lady is really rude, I pushed a wrong button on self check out and she berated me like a child and basically degrading me. Every time I drive by she's always outside smoking and anytime I go in she's in a nasty mood. Everyone else is really nice and helpful

I am done with this Dollar General. Within the last year, some items have gone up 50%, most of the sizes of items have shrunk, the dairy shelves are always empty and, even though the store is packed to the gills with junk, the items I need are never available??? Employees claim that corporate does all the ordering. Makes total sense. I have stopped frequenting Dollar Generals and returned to Marc's because of the time wasted by lack of inventory.

I'm really glad they have a Dollar General in town now. It's okay, just a couple issues I've had with this location. A lot of times when I go here, the shelves are bare like they haven't been stocked in weeks. And there are just a couple workers that occasionally have an attitude with me but I understand I wouldn't want to work customer service either lol. Regardless, like I said I'm glad to have a DG in town now and most workers are very nice and helpful. Also I love their clearance section (who doesn't?) ??
