“My auto window technician, Jesse, was great. I believe he went above and beyond, especially after he showed me how damaged the back frame was. He unbent the wiper arm mount and he managed to clip the window in even after I damaged the clips. I did not need to go out and purchase window clips”

“Will just did my windows. He had to remove 12 yr old tint and put new tint on. This young man is honest and straight forward. Very prompt to respond to customer and potential customer needs. He delivered absolutley perfect work in the time he commited to get it done at the price he gave. This job was not an easy one to do. No sloppy short cuts in his shop.You will find tinting cheaper but "few" will deliver this kind of quality work at any price. I am pretty sure he would never do work that would not be up to his standards just to grab a dollar. “solar solutions is the best out there for window tint! have taken my last 6 vehicles there including my wifes. always a top notch experience from the customer service to the quality of the job performed. this time i tried their newest product that goes on exterior of the windshield called "Exoshield" a clear ceramic film that prevents stone chips to the windshield and also keeps cabin cooler during warm weather. is snow scraper safe and so far no negative aspects. highly recommend Solar solutions”

“Great Lakes Glass installed glass shower doors at our house about a month ago. We had originally called another glass company. The other company's service tech came out to our house in his personal vehicle, wore street clothes and used a level to check how square the walls were. Our walls are not square and he said that he was not sure if his company even wanted to do the job at our house. Because there are imperfections in the tile and because the walls are out of square, his solution was to use a 3/4" channel along the bottom and side of the fixed glass and use a 1 1/2" header along the top of the glass. This was not what we were looking for. The Great Lakes Glass technician, Mark, drove a commercial truck, was dressed professionally and from the start was optimistic that their company could compensate for the out of square walls and tile variations. He used a laser level and gave me the exact variations that he said could be compensated for by cutting the glass asymmetric. In addition, he suggested we use 76" high glass rather than the standard 72" glass to give the shower a more upscale look. The installers (Joe and ?) laid down blankets on the floor, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. They used brackets to hold the glass in place instead of channels, ground the glass where there were tile variations and did a beautiful job caulking the edges. Take a look at the attached image of their completed work. It looks great.”

I’m so glad I went to them, because the service and results were outstanding. I definitely recommend them if you need a windshield repair or replacement. Setting up the appointment online was quick and easy and e-mail and text alerts were provided continuously throughout the process. My appointment was for 1pm and I arrived around 12:40pm. The guy at the front desk was professional and knowledgeable, as well as the technician who explained the repair work to be done. The repair was done by 1:25pm. Quick and easy!”
