This store was a pleasant discovery! My daughter needed a new dress for an event next month. I have been frustrated with our regular stores because all of their dresses are extremely short ? or full length (a tad more formal than needed her event) with no options for knee-length dresses.This store has an amazing selection of different styles, lengths, and colors at fantastic prices.If you can't find what you are looking for in the store, there are so many additional options on their website.The staff were helpful. They gave us plenty of room to look, were available to let us in a dressing room, and helped us find the perfect dress.

This store has really blown me away. The clothes are not to expensive and the people there are very friendly and helpful. If a dress or shirt is torn or damaged they will either take a percentage off, If you would like to fix it yourself. or put it in the back so no one else buys a ripped shirt by mistake. All in all I think its a wonderful store.

Drove an hour and bought a dress for homecoming the lining was tore. We drove over an hour to return it and the two they had in that store were torn in the lining also.

I had the best experience last week in the store! Ruby was so helpful and helped me pick out a dress last minute for a family wedding. She was so kind and polite and I cannot thank her enough!

Employees are not helpful or courteous. Store is also supposed to open at 10, and nobody is opening the store or communicating with the 20+ customers who are waiting at the gate. At least acknowledge the potential customers.

Love this store but they are never open when they say they are. It’s frustrating to come to the store expecting it to be open when it’s not. There are people in the store working and customers lined up outside the door and they just stare at us like we’re the crazy ones.

Worst retail experience everI took my teen sister here to exchange a dress that didn’t fit for a new one. We were helped by the store manager Jasmine who right off the bat was short with us. She kept asking for a QR code to scan from an email my sister received. She check, I checked, my boyfriend checked and none of us could find it. My sister even showed her the email and she groaned and proceeded to tell us that she’ll have to look up her order. My sister kept looking back at me in utter disbelief, she was being so rude and short to her for absolutely no reason. She finds the order and we tell her that she wants to exchange it for a new dress, that obviously had been damaged, but in a different size. The manager proceeded to “look” at all the different stores that had the dress and told us we could drive to one. We already had to make a hike just to get to this store, so we asked if she could order it and have it delivered to our house. She told us she’d have to call each individual store to ask for the sizes they had, since she couldn’t view it. My sister was clearly upset and didn’t know what to do so I just told her to buy the dress because this manager didn’t want to do her job. We ended up looking at the inventory for the Summit malls Windsor and low and behold they had the size she needed. We just decided to ship the dress back to return it and order the new one but we realized the store manager ripped off the tag of the dress. When my mother tried calling them to ask if we’d still be able to return it Jasmine was just as rude and short to her. After 5 minutes of talking she asked my mother, “When can you drive back up here”. My mother said we couldn’t for a few days and she cuts her off to say, “We’re actually closed right now…” at 5pm when their store hours are 11am-8pm on Wednesdays and abruptly hangs up the phone. We tried calling back but there was no answer. I have never been treated with such disrespect because of my age before. I didn’t feel welcome from the start.

I came in looking for a Harry Styles inspired outfit, and Christina went above and beyond to help me. I have never had such a great experience at a store! I will definitely be back!

I left work early to make it to get a dress for a wedding I have this weekend. I arrived and picked out a couple of dresses and went to ask for a fitting room. I was told by two women joking at the register that the fitting rooms were closed because their was only two of them and they both had to go stand up front and there was no one to watch the fitting rooms. So I left work early to drive out here to look for a dress and was told that 2 hours before closing. I understand Covid and all but the dressing rooms weren’t even closed because of covid, they chose to close them when there was a total of 3 people in the store. Extremely disappointed and feel that this was not right. Do not recommend I went to macys instead even though there were dresses and shirts I was very interested in getting just wanted to make sure they fit. Lost my business hope they lose more with employees like that.
