I’m writing this review as I wait in line at their drive-through it’s been about 25 minutes. And this is probably been the fifth time that I’ve driven away from here. I’m not even sure they deserve one star, but the building is here!

For travelers, this is an easy stop on W Market for pharmacy store needs. Quick in and out and had multiple options for what we were shopping for. Lot also has an exit to another street with a traffic light.

They always seem behind and can never answer the phones. I've used this pharmacy for over a year and finally decided to call it quits and find a different one today after being treated very rudely when I came in with a small issue.

If I could give 0/10 stars I would. Please never make the mistake of having a prescription filled here.I waited 20+ minutes on a Monday evening in the drive through without being helped or acknowledged. The staff walked by the window, I could even see one eating a snack while on his phone. No care for the enormous drive through line that was waiting.I have never had a worse customer service experience.

Came in for an item due to online price. They would not honor their own website and made me place a pickup order.This is the only location that does this so it's either poor management or untrained employees.

Depending on the day and which staff member you get you can have a different experience each time. My biggest complaint is the cashiers who 90% of the time are on their phones playing games, talking to people, Facetimeing, etc. even while checking you out. I have had many pleasant interactions with employees at this location but I have also have many that have been the complete opposite. This location seems to change management very frequently. If you plan on doing any shopping here other than running into grab a quick item I'd recommend late evenings. Staff is way to busy in the morning and wait times may take a lot longer

Pharmacy is slowest. Over 30 minutes for 5 cars. For pickup only. Will find another option.

I like this WalgreensItems are organized and it’s easy to find things. I also like the deals and sales that they offer. I’ve dealt with two different cashiers when I come here. One is a older lady who’s nice and the other one was eating Burger King food while cashing me out lol. It was like out of a movie haha but I do like this store at this location.

Better than the one at walhaven who rarely has the pharmacy open. I waited on my Rxs this time for fear the pharmacy would be closed if I returned another day. Due to shortages of staff it would be a good idea if Walgreens would text customers that the pharmacy would be closed. Walgreens texts me when my Rxs need to be refilled. It is frustrating and a waste of gas to drive there 3 times to get a Rx.

Will NEVER come back to this location. While waiting in line on May 8 2022 at 1:34pm the cashier started yelling at an elderly customer telling her “ I ain’t got time for this. Just swipe your card and stop asking me all these questions.” She took her lunch right after that transaction. Do you support this elder abuse from your employees?

I made an in store pickup order due to having my children with me when I was traveling to Cleveland. I arrived at 5:15, checked in, then saw someone locking the doors. I walked up and the guy said “we closed at 5. We open at 9am tomorrow.” I told him about my pickup when he interrupted and said “we open at 9am tomorrow!” The next day I found out I was charged for picking up the order because I had checked in the night before, even though I didn’t pick it up. Terrible store!

Went to the store for the pickup.As usual the pick up counter is managed separately.The pharmacy section to the extreme right and the pharmacist was very kind and helpfull and upon asking suggested me the medicine and also showed the one to be used for effective results.Good amount of parking space available.The prices are bit higher than compared to other stores like Walmart etc.
