Took my daughter there for shoes a while back. Some mask N*** employee named "Matay" called the cops on us because I had no mask on, even though I have a Doctor's note, and even though there was nobody else in the store. I will never step foot in this store ever again. They have a lot to learn about how to treat their customers.

I am happy to have worked with Grace over the last couple of years. She knows exactly what I need and where I can find what I am looking for, if it’s available! I love that my shoes are put on by the shoe store specialist, this was something that was implemented at Buster Brown stores years ago. Call me old fashioned, I love this type of customer support. It’s a dying art that continues at the Vionic and Lucky shoe stores.

Visited the store today to get some sandals. I've been here many times, but never seen it as busy as it was today! The sales lady was by herself and she was handling it like a champ. She had people sitting all over, trying on shoes, she was sizing them, answering questions, etc..and still had a smile and a great welcoming attitude to others coming in the door. I was able to get my sandals, get the attention I needed and was on my way. The shoes there are pricey but if you have any kind of feet issues, it's well worth the investment. They're stylish and comfortable!!

Absolutely a great store with great staff. Chuck went out of his way to find the right shoes to help my plantar facitis. He was very knowledgeable on the different shoes.

Took my girlfriend to the store. She is a nurse. Received professional and caring assistance from Norma. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Norma, the store manager was amazing. She took the time to talk about my shoes and how I was walking suggested some inserts and the pain instantly released. I highly recommend going to talk to her!
