Had to return a phone case, Michael was very helpful. It was very quick, and everyone in the store was very nice. The store was also clean and had a lot of options. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with my phone. It was stuck in SOS mode. Went into store and was helped by Elliot. From wait time to help, only took about 20 minutes. I was stressed out and he assured me all will be ok. He replaced my SIM card and got my phone working again. Elliot was very kind and courteous.

Been with Verizon 22 years and your usual on n off issues but never a major issue........Until NOW.Had an IPhone 11 and the ear speaker took a powder so I decided to trade in on the new IPhone 15. Walked in to the store and explained the current problem and Michael initiated the trade.I've since come to find out through many hours dealing with customer service that he added a new line to get me a promo watch and I NEVER asked for a new line. He slipped it in on me unknowingly and trying to eliminate it from my account is becoming a nightmare!!! It's never simple in Corporate America to simply adjust the account.I am saying this for future consumers to be buyer beware.If I can't get this resolved I will be contacting the State of Ohio consumer protection agency and proceed from there!!!If necessary I will proceed with a new carrier!!!

We had been with Verizon for over 15 years with on and off issues with service. Had been in to get the problems resolved numerous times with no luck. Changes SIM cards got refurbished phones still no change. Finally had enough and changed carriers still using the same phones and the new service is perfect and everyone can hear me now! Best decision ever leaving Verizon!!

Went in to get a case or maybe upgrade to a new phone ( on the fence to wait or not ). When I walked in, all associates were busy. I waited figuring they would get me when done. Waited 25 minutes while they kept going to the other customers walking in. I guess I’m going elsewhere. Not gonna be pushy and do the whole “hey, I’m next!” thing. They keep walking by me seeing I’m waiting. Bad business practices.

If I could give zero stars for our experience there today I would!Steven (associate) and manager were both awful.Associate gave false and misleading information. Wasted over an hour of our time and totally locked me out of Verizon app with however he was using it on my phone. Lied about total costs inspite of repeatedly asking total costs out the door including any monthly fees.Then when ready to pay “$120ish” was going to be added to costs.Cheaper to get new phone Thru Apple Store which made no sense… since Verizon was supposed to have upgrade and trade in options. So beyond frustrated. We have had an account with Verizon for about 25years.Manager called it a “miscommunication”…nope we were quite clear…we were LIED to.I will be contacting corporate office regarding this. I would not purchase anything at this store ever.

I really don't recommend this store.The employee helping me disappeared into the back repeatedly. First, he was gone for a while after they had known I was there to trade and upgrade, he went to see what I was eligible for. But I knew that already and showed him. He left again and I waited.After he came back he messed up the order through my phone, twice. First, he had it shipped to my house instead of through the store, only realizing it after 20min of me waiting for him to come back with the phone. Then, he canceled the order without letting me read the cancelation policy, so it could be picked up there. Verizon wouldn't let me use the $800 promotion after the cancelation or reorder for the trade. He told me to wait for it to load and I was alone again for 30min.After being at the store for over an hour and having less than 10min of interaction with him I decided to leave and schedule a call with customer service. Something I asked was a possibility but he said no.So after 4 hours, Verizon customer service was able to reorder for me and fix the issue. But my time was wasted today and no one in that store batted an eye while they were watching me wait for this guy repeatedly.

Driving to this store was a absolute waste of time the representative that waited on us was not very helpful plus the phones and devices we wanted were not in stock the representative basically told us it was better to buy our phones from the manufacturer than it was to pay our phones off I will never step foot in this store again for anyone who goes there please be warned.
