I brought my phone in due to damages and a woman that worked there told me my phone couldn't be fixed. She lied to me in order for me to get a new phone. so I then switched my number to another phone and then i ended up getting the broken phone fixed for free through the insurance which the store rep did not tell me about how to use! Now my number has been in available and not toing back into to a SIM card and keeps loosing service! This is a business number and causing me loss or income, sales, time, etc! It's been over 2 weeks of this head ache all due to a lack of wanting To help a customer and greed of making a sale!! Am highly unsatisfied with Verizon and there services right now!!!!

Good service/ no beating around the bush/ appreciated the honesty / Anthony truly likes what he does. We are business customers. Clean store and places to sit, plenty of parking. Thank you

They give you wrong information about your bill and the plain you sing up for, then they hold you responsible for there mistak. The customer service is terrible and I've been a customer for over twelve years.

The worst ever. We spent time with Sunny - total scam. The guy mislead us on programs and cost. Spent many hours with T-Mobile corporate to try to fix his errors. Complete disaster. Would not recommend. T-Mobil is a good company - this guy is a disaster.

As a verizon customer based in a different state, my account has been hacked 2x by someone entering this store. I would not recommend doing business here.

I'll never go here again. Charged me an extra $300 that wasn't mentioned in store. & then denied to have unclear communication after 3 witnesses confirmed. I had to file a claim.

I don't know if these are actually viewed but came to Verizon and Dane was fantastic and super patient with my fiance getting a new phone (previous customer) and myself switching over...He took the time to make sure that her and myself were comfortable and assured...Unfortunately, my phone went defective after 3 weeks and Dez and the manager (who's name I didn't get) went out of their way to get my issue fixed as tech and corporate were of no help...Perhaps dealing with customer service is sketchy but these two are top notch and should be sought out when you go to the store and need help

I've had a pretty good experience at this Verizon location. There is plenty of parking to the west of the store. It is located at the end of a strip center. I've had a few things going on with my phone and had to come here a few times. There are some stuff that are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and personable. There was one time where the guy acted like he knew how to fix a phone issue but did not solve it at all. He told me I could leave the store and it would correct itself within an hour, but it didn't. I had to drive back and wait in line again. The person I had next (I forgot his name) was awesome. He made good jokes and seemed like a great employee. Beyond that, this is a decent store. They have all the newest phones and gadgets.

Worst customer service. We were long-time Verizon customers, but switched to another cellular company a year ago because of the price. After having cell service issues (occasional dropped calls) we decided to go back to Verizon. Our phones are in perfect shape, and we own them, so we wanted to bring them with us to use with Verizon. We talked with Verizon customer service over the phone and they said we could easily switch back and use our current phones. We went to this store to speak with someone about switching our service back to Verizon. We were waited on by a woman who seemed new. We told her what our plan was, and she said she would "see what she could do". She took my phone to see if it "was usable". I didn't understand that because the phones are only a year old and in excellent condition. She came back after 15 minutes and said that we couldn't use our phones because they were from another cell company!! The Verizon CS over the phone told us that we COULD bring our phones with us. The woman at the store was very unprofessional and rude. She then tried to sell us the latest version of our phones for $700 each! We will not be going back to Verizon after all. Everyone in the store was a bit rude. The gentleman that was helping an elderly woman sitting next to me was rude to her. Very disappointing service.

I went into the Fairlawn store at 12:30pm to get 2 new phones and service connectedm mind you I had already done everything through your toll free line, all I had to do was literally pay for my phones and go. 2 HOURS LATER I finally got my phones but not the content transfer from my old phone to my new phone. I called car about 9pm to see how I can do this myself. At 11:15 I am finally told by a "technician" that they don't know how to do it and that I should go to the store. Fine. I go to the store today around 1:30 and am told that there is at LEAST a 45 minute wait UNLESS I was making a new purchase then they had someone right there. WTF! I've had your service for less than 24 hours and already I've had to waist 4 hours trying to get you to do something you should have done in the first place!

Went in today to ask a couple of questions about the iPhone X vs iPhone 8. The employee wouldn't even talk to me unless I signed in. He wasn't busy with anyone else, just lazy. I'm finally going to switch service providers.
