Copley medical group has been part of my life since 1987. Dr Robert Burns was my family doctor in 1987. Yesterday I tried to make an appointment to see Dr Lauren Burns but was immediately told she probably would only do a virtual appointment. She would not see me in person. This made me feel like I lost part of my family. An in office visit allows the doctor to check your ears, nose, and throat and more. How can a virtual appointment do that?

I followed my doctor to this practice when he moved his practice here from another area and even though I live about 35 minutes away I am happy to drive the distance because of the fantastic service and doctor that I have at Copley medical group.Anytime I have a question or need help with something or even a small thing concerning a prescription they get back to me almost immediately and are very helpful and kind. I also have had to have tests done at other UH facilities and I’ve been very very happy with those services and how I was treated. Their patient care is top notch, I hope they never change and hope they know how much it is appreciated and needed.
