We love these mattresses! We have a fabulous king size pillow top and it is so comfortable, even 6 years in. We bought another for our grandson when his mother surprised him with a bedroom makeover while he was away at camp. Jan at the Fairlawn location helped us choose the one we needed for the frame and they delivered it that week!! The grandson says it is great to sleep on. Excellent job, OMF!!

The mattress we purchased is fine but the adjustable platform is not a good at all. It has one bar at the bottom edge that does NOT hold the mattress in place. We have to struggle daily to push the mattress back into position.

My fiance and I went here to buy a mattress and had such an enjoyable experience! OMF was recommended to us by several family members because of their notable quality. Krista not only helped us consider what bed would work best for us, but she also explained how OMF beds are made and what makes them stand out compared to other mattress companies. It was super interesting and made a lot of sense. She was so sweet & down-to-earth, not pushy at all, and very understanding regarding our budget. Just worked with Krista at the Fairlawn location. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Have bought mattresses from this company several times over the past twenty years and their customer service has always been excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been a user of Original Mattress Factory mattresses since my parents bought me my first mattress when I was a little girl. I had that mattress for many years and never had any issues with it and it still holds up. I am now in my twenties and purchased my first mattress from The Original Mattress Factory with my fiancé. Before making this purchase, I knew that Original Mattress Factory was the only option because of how amazing my childhood mattress was. However, we still looked around at other mattress sellers, and nothing was nearly as amazing as Original Mattress Factory. There are no other mattresses like the ones from here. Delivery of our mattress was fast, and the mattress is perfect! Jan and Krista were the two salespeople we talked to while in store and they were both super kind and informative with the differences between the mattresses. They were also super patient with us with all of our questions as first time mattress buyers. We were super impressed with Jan and Krista because no other salesperson at the other mattress retailers were as kind as the ones at The Original Mattress Factory. Thank you two so much for making this purchase so easy for us and for informing us about mattresses! If anyone ever asks where to buy a mattress we will always recommend The Original Mattress Factory!

This is the only place to buy a mattress. Prices are comparable,but they are made here in Ohio. Much of the mattress is hand-sewn. Just bought our 2nd mattress today. They stand behind their products. In store service was great!!!Update.. mattress was much firmer than I expected,the store was nice enough to order me a 1" foam topper at no charge..Picked it up,went to put on bed and it was DIRTY AND USED!!! Very disappointed, never expected this from this company. As grateful as I was to receive one at no charge,it should have been NEW. They will hear from me tomorrow. Disgusted!!!

I've bought 2 mattresses from OMF now and I could not be more pleased. The staff are excellent; very knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy. The process is painless and the delivery folks are great! They show up right on time. Plus, it's made right here in Cleveland. I'm a customer for life.

This location, difficult to get into small pickup door area. No help in loading item, but they tell you that on your sales contact.
