An incredible yarn and fabric shop! Wonderful selection and super helpful guidance when looking for the right fiber. So glad I found this place and can't wait to go back

If I bring in a pattern Susanne, the owner always helps me with my yarn choices. She knows my price restrictions and Which yarns will go with the pattern that I have picked out.

I love coming here for yarn, needles and help from suzanne the owner. She is great at helping you find a project and getting the materials you need together. I would highly recommend the designing woman for any future and current knitters.

A wonderful shop and owner. Have gone here for years and never disappointed with the selection or service. The negative review is untrue, was in the shop when she came in, behaving strangely. She offered to take her dog back to her car, was not asked to do so. I suspect it was a "faux" service animal, poorly trained and uncontrolled. Heartily endorse this shop, you will not be disappointed!

I took lessons from Tina , the owner's daughter, a few years back. Tina was very inspirational, and altho I put my needles down for a few years, I have since started to knit again. Went to the store to buy good quality yarn today. Suzanne, the owner, was very gracious and pleasant to work with. She explained things clearly and coached this novice knitter. I also reacquainted myself with Ruby-dog, the breathtakingly beautiful Irish setter who is the "store dog". Tho cautious at first, Ruby came around and offered me a paws up high five. The yarns are beautiful and high quality. If you are going to invest the time, invest in good material. I look forward to taking more project sessions in the months to come.

The owner of this store is a complete b***** She keeps her dog in the store and actually asked me to return my service dog to my car so her dog did not have to be crated while I was there. I would rather not complete all the stores on my Discovery Tour than to buy anything from her. Very rude and sat on her a** the whole time I was there.

Absolutely wonderful. The owner is knowledgeable, fun, engaging and honestly concerned on how she can help. So much yarn, so many choices. If you are really lucky, you'll be there when Ruby is there. ANYONE who brings their pup to work is the best in my mind!

I LOVE this place. If you're looking for high quality crafting needs, this is the place. I usually end up buying children's yarn (being I have a baby and most of the stuff I make is for her), but I have to resist buying much more! The owner is more than helpful and will try to order anything she can to finish your project. I go here soley for the yarn, but they do offer high end fabrics and notions (aka, a wall of buttons!). They also offer classes and knitting groups. I have not had a chance to attend any of these, but if the owner is the one giving the classes, I'm sure they are wonderful.
