They had a buying event with national rarities company from St.Louis come in and they ripped us off. They wanted to give me $500.00 for an $$8000.00 ring. They offered $$25.00 for a new Invicta watch and $60.00 for a Movado that cost over $600.00 They said on there flyer they wanted turquoise jewelry and forgot to mention turquoise had to have a name in printed on it. Gold rings were not even weighed they just set a price. They could stay in St Louis they were a total rip off and waste of time!

Shulan's is a great business that is truly focused on its customers! My wife and I have used them on multiple occasions to resize jewelry (watches, rings), and the price and service have always been exemplary! They have a great selection, are extremely knowledgeable and always ready to answer questions, and have a true customer first mentality that you don't find at the big chains.

An incredible family company that is always cheerful and dedicated to service. When my custom engagement ring broke, they were able to take the intricate band and fully reassemble it on a more substantial ring base. I love the final product even more than the original ring. I cannot recommend them enough!

Disappointed to have a bad experience at this local jeweler. I came in for a fix on my engagement ring, the prongs became loose and the diamond was spinning. It was said to be a simple fix and guaranteed to be a quick turn around. Everyone was very friendly and I also bought my husband a Christmas gift while I was in. Within a few days they called to say they would need to recreate the ring shape in order to tighten the prongs. I agreed to this fix assuming they were the experts, not me. When coming in to pick up the Christmas gift I ordered and my fixed ring, it was evident the ring no longer fit. They made the ring a full size smaller than it was. I shared my concern and I was very upset that I still couldn’t wear my ring. It’s hard to believe that they wouldn’t have sized my finger for a new ring size. The response to this was a shoulder shrug and a “we can’t resize till after Christmas so you’ll have to come back”. It was very insensitive and disappointing to hear this type of response after trusting and paying someone to fix your jewelry.

Absolutely the best jeweler around! John helped me design the perfect ring exactly like I wanted and doesn’t even charge a design fee. Prices are reasonable and John is very honest. It is amazing seeing him design the jewelry right there on the computer. I get so many complements on my ring!

Nothing but praise for our experience at Shulan's. John helped us create two unique wedding rings to compliment my wife's engagement ring. His knowledge of both ring design and practical applications was invaluable. He was able to take an idea my wife had and in no time had multiple renders of beautiful designs. Most places would charge a design fee (which could be up to $300) but John will not charge extra for his designs and can provide an exact cost immediately with no hidden fees. Would recommend to anyone who wants personalized designs at the best price available!

This was my first time at Shulans. My wedding ring was to be resized and after the jeweler assessed my ring it was determined that my ring required additional repair. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m very pleased with the repair on my ring!
