This branch expects 1 teller to take care of all the walk in customers and all the drive-thru customers. It is hard to even watch the 1 teller trying their best to keep up this pace. This makes the customers waiting upset and they are in a bad mood with this poorly run branch. The 1 teller is always a great employee, who is just expected to do way to much. PNC management please take note and employee more tellers to take care of your customers personally.

Called the branch with a card issue... Ashley at this branch was far less than helpful, and offered zero help or advice on my overseas issues. Other than agreeing that I'm "screwed" with a "Yep" and ending the call.

The ATM is always down. Generally have never had good luck at this PNC branch.

Today I received the worst customer service experience in my life. I went in and was greeted by the staff. I asked to open an account and was told by Mrs Garcia that I had to schedule an appointment. Her office was empty, instead of inviting us ( my spouse and myself)in her office she brought her laptop to the lobby???? What, I thought a bank business is banking, so when did this Start? I worked at a bank and we never treat customer like this.

Great customer service, they make sure you are taken care of. Definitely make an appointment before you go because they are busy!

The personnel at the bank could not be kinder, more professional or more helpful than they are. The drive-by ATM is down occasionally, but only for brief periods; it's a minor inconvenience. Whoever heard of anything electrical or mechanical that worked perfectly all the time? The only real beef I had was the condition of the access driveway and the pavement surrounding the bank, which was quite poor for a long time. But this has now been corrected by a complete repaving, so it is no longer an issue. I am John C. Fazio, Mary's husband, and I'm OK with this bank.

I work at the mall just down the street and it seems like every time I come to the atm it's out of service and you can't deposit cash. I'm sorry but I don't feel comfortable carrying large amounts of cash on me in my wallet. Next when ever it does work, it refuses to take my money. I put in 150.00 mostly in 20s and a 10 and it took the 10 and gave me back the 20s. This place is bad. I'm seriously thinking about withdrawing all my money out of here and opening up a diffent bank account. One with an actual working atm and it doesn't inconvenient me. So look elsewhere if you need an atm

I have been a PNC Customer for nearly a decade and every branch i have visited has always treated me well and my home branch is always wonderful. They do the personal lines very well and have had some minor issues in the past when dealing with the business side of things with setting up certain accounts. I would always recommend them for personal handling of accounts, the virtual wallet is AWESOME for paying bills, transferring funds, etc. They just need to keep optimizing their business services for small companies.
