I went up here at 1 in the afternoon on a Sunday to get 4 tires mounted and balanced on my truck. Not only did they get me in, they didn’t try to charge me a bunch of extra money for a few of my wheel nuts that were swelled. I was already planning on replacing all of them so they found some mix match wheel nuts that fit my truck. Great experience!!! Thank you

Amazing service and very helpful!
Had a nail in a tire. I called and the NTB associate was very kind and asked a few questions about the tire then said to just bring it in.
Even though it was getting very close to closing time the NTB quickly fixed my tire and even topped off the windshield washer fluid.
Very thankful for the NTB team :-)

I dropped off a boat trailer tire (loosing air) this morning. Nick from National Tire called me within a couple of hours to let me know it was fixed and ready for pickup.
When I arrived they loaded it in my trunk and I was ready to pay when Nick told me NO CHARGE! I would have gladly paid for such good, fast service.
I've also used them in the past to switch winter to summer tires on my car and they were great and reasonably priced.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The NTB in Fairlawn got me in very quickly, repaired my car, the same day, and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Nick was great!

Upon arrival a nice man, Arlin, did a fine job of checking me in and out. For a replacement tire the wait time was approximately 30 mins (from car going into garage to back in lot). Overall, a swift & pleasant visit. I left feeling happy.

I got a flat tire down the road from here and got blown off by another business. I’m glad I ended up here. Everyone was immediately very kind and I got out fairly quickly. Nicholas and Arlin were fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️ left with two new tires which I didn’t expect to get, but it was definitely time. I appreciate their care for safety and explaining why they won’t patch in certain parts of the tire. The place I usually go to definitely would have.
