FANTASTIC! I have nothing but great things to say. I got new shoes a couple of weeks ago but i wanted to run with them and test them out a bit before i reviewed for i’m training by for the Akron Marathon. Jeff, the store manager helped me and he was absolutely informative, caring & helpful. My runs have already got better with the new shoes and correct fitting! I couldn’t be happier thank you, lucky shoes & Jeff!

Great selection of running shoes from various name brands, including wide widths! New Balance were most comfortable. Recommended!

Great store for running shoes. The team there are super nice and helpful. They also have a good selection of running shoes and clothing for a good price. Selection is on the smaller side, but it is a good curated selection.

I'm a basketball official, not a runner and I generally buy cheap shoes so I wanted good advice. I was a little concerned about the reviews but came anyway because it was close.I got great help here. The salesman took a lot of time with me and I'm confident I got the right shoe. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! Brought a family member here to buy shoes. Thought we would give Lucky Shoes a try since he has a hard to fit foot. Found shoes! Yea! The sales person was very helpful and sized my family member's foot. The sales person also suggested shoes based on what he was looking for, and helped him try on shoes. This store has classic and modern styles. I also noticed a nice selection of UGG, which I plan to get for myself on a near future visit. This is an excellent shoe store with name brand, good quality shoes and professional sales staff. Will be back soon! Need to add that my family member loves their new shoes.

Just went in and left all within 3 minutes I never was greeted and the person that came in after me was greeted and I went on ahead and said hello as well thinking (he sales man) were talking to me but they clearly let me know that he wasn't because he continued on to help the person that came in after me I am a young black woman and of course the lady was a Caucasian woman that he spoke to and helped out never said one word to me the whole time I was in the store! Very poor customer service going to Simon Mall for my new balance

This used to be the place to get kids shoes. Sadly they do not have a large inventory anymore and the shoes are often overpriced for what you could buy online. They are a good spot if you need shoes fitted.

Just had the best experience with Elaina at the Easton location. My 11 month old needed some walking shoes since he started walking at 9 months. Previously he was wearing Adidas crib shoes that offered no support. She helped us get our son TBIII some new kicks and now he is running around the house in comfort. We definitely will be back.

I shopped at Lucky Shoes for the first time on 2/29/20, at the Easton location. I was greeted right away by Elaina who listened carefully to the criteria my doctor gave me for the type of shoe she wanted me to wear. She then asked me about the types of occasions/outfits I wanted the shoes for and showed my several pairs that were suitable.
