Can't believe in the Fairlawn area with all the shopping that this Marc's is so small. Fairlawn needs a bigger better store!!! Also put cameras in the closeout and stop all the trash that comes through their doors destroying and trashing it! I watch all the time and it pisses me off!!!

The entertainment at this store is smashing. Never a dull moment. Highly recommend ? people will do anything to get in the door first. Dodgeball enthusiasts this is a must visit while your in town!!!

I’ve shopped at your stores frequently over the years, and I’m usually disappointed by the disorganization, something being out of stock, or long waits with poor customer service.
Today, 2/17/24, was different. I found everything I needed and no long wait. But the absolute cherry on top of it all was your cashier at Register 6 at 1:02 PM. Her name is Jaynie on my receipt, but her dangling name badge never turned around for me to confirm that is her name. In the 10+ years I’ve been shopping at Marc’s, almost every single clerk literally THROWS my produce—potatoes, avocados, apples—it doesn’t matter, they throw it and bruise it and reduce my time to consume it.
Jaynie either needs a raise or a promotion for her common sense in quickly checking me out but not harshly handling my produce. I’d shop at your stores more often for my produce if you had her training your clerks. Thanks, Jaynie. I know it’s such a small detail but truly does show your level of care for each customer.

Went in waited for the guy at customer for way too long already had my money out. The customer service guy couldn't have moved slower if he tried and I just forget and walked out. The lines were very long only 2 lines open. No other lines opening up. The man at customer service should be a stock boy where he can move a slow as a turtle and it's ok. This was today February 15th at 245pm.

Steve (Food Supervisor) deserves a pat on the back!
The week of Christmas, I needed 220 gallons of distilled water!
Steve got it ordered in one day, met me at the counter with a gallon in his hand to scan...and then met me in the back of the store and helped me load my truck!
Rare to find someone these days with that kind of work ethic and customer satisfaction in mind!

I like the store but be prepared to wait in long lines.... And they only ever seem to have 2 lanes open.... I don't shop here as much anymore because of it other places are now efficient with checkout because they spend the money on labor.

I love this marcs even though it looks ugly from the outside. They have awesome closeout stuff they get from wholesale I think. And good prices on a lot of food.
