Tried to get fitted for a wedding at sister co., Men's Warehouse like other groomsmen in wedding did. They had no problem but for whatever reason they couldn't do it for me, or they just didn't want to. Not very helpful. So drove out of my way to Jos. A Bank in Fairlawn to get fitted and had a great experience. Was greeted immediately and taken care of quickly. Friendly worker there made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer even though I would be going to another store to pick up my suit. Will be back to buy.

Mark and Brian were great. Walked in at 4:30 on Saturday and walked out with a tux off the rack, perfect fit! Brian was busy but Marked stepped in and was great.

Carolyn knows their clothes and matched them to what I wanted. I'm always happy when I walk out with new wardrobe additions.

Walked around this place for 30 minutes with my wedding party of 4 looking to by suits. Employees wouldn't even acknowledge we existed.

The prices were better than some high end tailor shops but the service was the equivalent of buying from a sleazy used car lot. The two workers (one older male and one female) were smug and largely unhelpful. They even commented when we came back to purchase the two items we had on hold that they were placing bets we wouldn't be back. This is a department store NOT A TAILOR. If you want knowledgeable and helpful workers and not register jockeys go to TICKNORS. You will pay a lot more, but get attentive and knowledgeable service. In the end, we saved a couple dollars by buying a jacket there, but with the inferior quality of their product compared to some classier shops, I don't expect it to last long.

This is the 9th shirt from Jos a bank that got a hole in the left elbow. The only dress shirts I have that this has happened and they’re < 3 years old. Garbage

I love shopping at Jos A. Bank because of the quality of the menswear and the attentiveness of the staff. I dropped by to do some Christmas shopping and found everything I needed for that hard-to-shop-for person on my list. I was a few days early for an upcoming sale, but the manager graciously gave me the benefit of the coming sale prices.

Eric was really awesome to work with. I came in not expecting to buy a suit, because it was my first stop before any of the big stores opened. I gave him my budget and he was extremely accommodating. He helped me pick out the best matching jacket, pants, shirt, and shoes, and kept me right where I wanted to be budget wise. Hands down the best suit shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely come back!

Stopped in on Labor day to buy a new suit. We had just come from another retailer(clearly NOT your competition) after an absolutely disastrous (for them) encounter. I checked in via the app and a few moments later Eric greeted me. He enquired what we were looking for and I told him I was looking for a navy blue suit. He briefly explained what he had, but handed me a black suit coat to try on(just for sizing purposes). According to my wife, she loved the way it looked and changed my mind for me that it needed to be black. Eric found me a pair of pants that matched and offered me a pair of dress shoes to use for measuring the fit of the suit. Eric measured my neck and found me a shirt that fit well. After dressing I stepped out of the dressing room and fell in love with what he'd put together for me. So much so, I decided to buy the shoes to go with it! Eric did a fantastic job of helping me and assuring me that the suit I had on gave me the confidence needed to complete the look I was searching for. He was patient, he was extremely helpful, he was humorous and he didn't make me feel like I was in any way putting him out for being there. Now I'll be coming back for all my other suit needs because the value, the quality of the suit and the excellence of the service were all top notch! I felt like I definitely did "like the way I look(ed)" here much more than there!
