Love just ? the merchandise. The prices are the best especially when they have the 40% sales on the paints, the round canvases can't be beat, or wood items. The store is clean and usually well stocked and can't forget the Cool employees.

Organization, especially outdoor stuff was kinda all over the place aside from picture frames and sewing projects. Still got what I wanted for a decent price.

If it weren't for the political leanings of ownership, I would shop here more than once every year or so. Not a fan of all the overpriced kitschy decor, but they have a great yarn selection (even if they do make you walk to the other end of the store to get to it).
