Store always smells like weed and the 1 cashier in the store had her AirPod in and was on the phone talking with someone completely ignoring the line of customers. Really sad to see this store going downhill

I would give them zero stars if I could. I was in the store yesterday to purchase a gift bag and a couple of helium balloons waited in a very long line. I asked the girl about the balloons she indicated I could just grab one when I did, she told me I got out of line and I needed to get back into the very long line that I already waited in. After that, I was verbally accosted by her and her manager. I honestly didn’t feel safe in the store and I’d never go back in there again

For the short staffing and hours this store has, they're doing a great job. Shelves are getting stocked with lots of options and all items are marked if they're above $1.25, and the staff does their best to accommodate customers. Honestly can't complain, I've seen worse Dollar Tree's around the Akron area.

Absolutely terrible the cashier was on his phone the whole time Aaron . He refused to get balloons stating they were out. They were not it was just in the drawer . He just didn’t want to get off of his phone. He was rude and LAZY! Because of this experience I will not be returning

The sweetest FedEx worker 34-year-old Ernestine Stallings lost her life here to gun violence. Ernestine Stallings and her girlfriend, Tasha Love, went to Dollar Tree to prepare for a birthday party for one of Love's children. But a day of celebration turned to tragedy. The shooting took place at 1:30 p.m. July 3. Akron police arrested Jontae Watkins, charging him with murder about two months after the fatal shooting. The 24-year-old Akron man will face a grand jury.

Store smelled like Marijuana and shelves were barron. Things that were there were a mess. It's DT and I do not expect a luxury shopping experience, but come on. Smoking pot in the store?

Clean store. Usually pretty quick visit. In and out, but sometimes you'll have an issue with staffing, or their registers taking forever.

Went to get cards for Mother’s Day. Always great prices. The reason I gave 2 stars. Went to check out. Line was long. Nothing new. But then we heard f bombs coming from one of the workers as they were joking around but clearly saying loud enough so all would hear. Talk how you want on your own time, but it should be professional in a work setting. Then they opened up more registers. Great! But not really. Register didn’t work. Not the persons fault, but then they mumbled, complained about working, and then eventually mumbled something and pushed our items back to us. We just stood there until they said, “didn’t you hear me?” I can’t help you. Then we had to speak up and say “well… we aren’t going all the way back to the end of the line.” It was unbelievable the lack of training. That’s ultimately what it comes down to. Not sure what was going on. I am very patient when things go wrong, just used to it when you go to many different stores, and it’s not always the workers fault. But how they respond and handle the situation makes the difference.

I've been to this location in the past. It's ok for a random pickup- it's Dollar General. Today I just wanted to highlight the associate DaVonna. She has great energy and is great with people. The short time I was in line, she engaged me, the lady checking out in front of me, and the lady behind me into a fun little visit.
