Do not buy anything from bobs furniture they sell total junk !! it’s total junk and they do not back up there product. And do not buy the goof proof insurance they do not cover anything. If ur furniture breaks lie and make up something, if u tell the truth and do not abuse ur furniture they refuse all claims. They quick to take ur money but will not cover claims!!!

Timothy was great help , no sales pressure and very informative. He showed us fabric that was a close match to furniture we purchased on line . The furniture we purchased is not available in the store .

My experience was amazing.! I take my hat off to Ethen who was my sale person, with his inviting smile and warm greeting, I was not leaving this store without making a purchase. He was very attentive and helpful to all my questions and needs. I Thank Ethen and the wonderful staff for treating us not just like a customer, but also, I felt like I was part the Bob' family. Pushy sales guys. Won’t let you opt for pick up bc they aren’t a pick up store therefore wouldn’t get the sale $$$. Bought a dining table set that’s supposed to be delivered today (mind you I paid for the $149.99 “white glove delivery”) but they are missing the seats. When purchasing i reiterated the importance of having these delivered by a certain date due to an event I am hosting and was guaranteed they would be there with days to spare, otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased. Was called this morning to say the chairs actually won’t be here funny they have them in canton but won’t get them for me and won’t reimburse me for delivery even if I pick them up in canton myself. Tried calling customer service line to be transferred 10 times and eventually hung up on during a transfer (after 30 min on the line). Don’t bother calling the store the line goes to the customer service line. There is no real way to speak with a person that sold it to you. I would like to cancel the order but literally can’t get in contact with a human… I’ve left my number for the call back multiple times and still no word. I am paying for a service they are unable to fulfill….
Avoid this place like the plague. Will be following up with Better Business Bureau.
