Although the hair stylist was accommodating and did a nice job, I had to wait until she finished her lunch. I’m not blaming her, I just wondering why you had only one person to do hair.

I have been taking my mother in law here for a couple years. The stylist is constantly not in for appointments without calling to cancel. This past Wednesday she was scheduled and a note on the door stated it was closed for an update. No one cares to advise appointment cancel. This has happened on numerous occasions. Quite often the other stylists have other clients or claim to and cannot accommodate. Just a poorly run establishment that does not have any consideration for the customer. Too many other great choices like great clips.

I arrived at cost cutters and Stephanie was my hair dresser. I had extremely long thick hair that had become matted. This was easily a three person job yet she sat there for four hours with me combing my hair through, not giving up, not complaining. Showing complete compassion. It was a very painful process but she didn't back down from it, had comfortable tunes playing in the background all the while tending to the other customers that were coming in/answering phone calls. She didn't make me feel like a bother and her perseverance inspired me. Because of her I will send clients to that place.
