“Back in 2014, I got the Platinum spray on bedliner, and the undercoating with rust protection. This was money well spent. I'm still driving the truck today, and the bedliner looks great. I actually, still get compliments on how nice the spray on liner looks. I recommend both of these products, especially if you keep your vehicles for a long time like me. The whole process start to finish was a great experience from Zack on the front end helping me put together the best fit for my vehicle which is a 1967 Buick Rivera a bit of an oddball with a built 600+horsepower motor and about the same torque. Larry was on the technical support end, who had actually built my transmission himself and knew it top to bottom and could answer any questions I had with it, without any bit of hesitation. “I had an accident on the ice and called around to SEVERAL shops. Shaw was willing to get me in weeks before anyone else was and despite having $3.5K worth of damage to my car a couple days before Christmas, I still got my car back within just a few weeks! They work with all insurances and my car came back looking even better than it did before the accident. They took the liberty of buffing out some unrelated scratches and washing my car very thoroughly on the outside. They also even cleaned up the inside a bit! Body Shop - Jordan Lambert - He is an awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, patient, kind, courteous and friendly man. I am so happy he fixed what 4 other Ford Service Departments left me hanging without resolve.
Body Shop Service Desk- Julie Andrews -Wonderful personality and she's inviting and makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
Service Department - Andre and Nate - During an oil change, Andre noticed a leak on the rear differential pinion seal. So happy that he was paying such great attention to detail. I scheduled an appointment for the repair and brought my ride back in 2 days later. I was nervous about how long it would take to fix and I worried more problems might crop up. Although Andre was not available, Nate took care of ensuring the issue was fixed timely and smoothly. He made me feel at ease and comfortable with the process. Both men are awesome, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.
