I have had my membership with zips for a couple years now, and the decline of the wash has gotten ridiculous. Neither the Springdale or Fairfield locations ever have pre-wash, and rarely get my car clean. Springdale never has towels out. Numerous times I have gone in the middle of the afternoon or before nighttime and both locations have been closed. Im pretty much over it. I would’ve canceled my membership along time ago if I could’ve done it online as I don’t want to talk to any of the people, that seem to hate their job inside the office.

Alway’ friendly and and eager to help, car wash does a great job and if your not satisfied they will wipe it or run it through again!!

I sort of hate this place.1. Signed up for a membership apparently they give stickers for those memberships and I didn’t get one which resulted in me having to pay for an individual wash.2. The workers there are incredibly rude and not helpful. Hence, not giving a sticker when the membership is paid for. Then blaming it on me because they did not come assist me when I tried to signal for it.Both occurrences happened because the workers like to sit inside of the office area instead of assisting and guiding individuals

It’s like you purchased Mike’s car wash l, but from Wish. Half the time the wash and/or vacuums aren’t working. Paid monthly and treated like second class citizens by the employees. Most of the employees seem to hate life and their jobs… I reco spending the few extra dollars and just go to Mike’s like we should have from the beginning. You get what you pay for.

Stay away from the Springdale location. Washed my car yesterday and there was no prewash and only half of the car got soap. If you are lucky maybe 12 vacuums are working. There are 2 pay stations and only 1 ever works. And the one that is open people have problems with it. The cart with towels is never out. The grounds are dirty and unkept. I'll drive the extra few minutes to go to Mike's.

The service in the Springdale area is not very good, there are no towels to dry the cars, and this is happening a few weeks ago, the service in the Fairfield area is excellent, there is a good service system..

If you want half a car wash go to the one in Tri County location . The whole left side doesn’t work vacuums doesn’t work @Tri County and the Fairfield location

On Saturday February 3rd around 530-6 pm I had an encounter with the most helpful, professional, kind young woman. When I say she went above and beyond in her service, that’s just what I mean! I had an important event to attend and was trying to get a quick wash and vacuum in. There were a few people who weren’t honoring the 10 min while busy rule. One gentleman was even sitting on his phone in the car. Even though she was alone she was able to politely remind the customers of the suggested time while preparing cars for the wash helping with vacuums and even helped me with my tires, which had been an issue for quite sometime. She turned my little car wash into quite a pleasant experience. And I just want to tell that young woman THANK YOU!!! You’re amazing and the company is better because you’re there.
