Took my new F150 Tremor to get the bed liner and glass tinted. Ended up doing the undercoating, ceramic coating and interior protection package. Great service from Chris and team. Everything turned out great, paint feels like glass, tint looks great, and love the spray in liner. I will recommend to anyone looking for these services.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took my new car in for a service provided by the dealership. I’m not sure what exactly they did but the smell is so extreme. It’s been three days and I still get a migraine if I attempt to drive MY vehicle. Thanks!

Darron and Chris were awesome. Not only did they do a great job on rustproofing, detailing, window tint, and undercoating, but went above and beyond helping with repairing another manufactures defects on my rear bumper. This companies management and staff are awesome.

I brought a 2022 venue and the dealership gave me free rust protection and clay bar which has been the greatest. This company takes pride in making sure your car leaves in the best shape possible. Last year I was extremely ill and had made an appointment to have the protection package done I went to the Fairfield location instead of the location I had the appointment with, even though they were extremely busy that day they took my car . That’s what I call service . Thanks 😊

My husband took his car in for an undercoat. Worse job ever. They rushed through and missed a lot of areas. Very unprofessional work. You need to hire more experienced workers. The wait time was unacceptable. Not happy!

I recently purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Z71 Traverse and wanted to get it rust proofed by Ziebart in Fairfield, Ohio. I’ve had my other vehicles done by them and have been extremely pleased. This time, I had Chris helping me decide what all I should have done. Although I had decided to do a basic package, he recommended the Diamond Gloss Total Protection Package. He was very knowledgeable about the benefits of doing the better package. I’m glad I went with his recommendation. The vehicle looks fantastic, and I’m confident I got the total protection that I was looking for. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Ziebart in Fairfield, and from Chris in particular.

I had a very good experience with Ziebart on Dixie Highway in Fairfield Ohio. Chris was absolutely great in taking care of me, while my new Ford F350 received the Diamond package deal, plus the sprayed on bed liner. Great Service!

Do not go here to get a remote start installed. I can no longer use the Bluetooth on my Tacoma. Went to change the battery in fob and had to take back to fix because it wouldn't remote start. Got it fixed, but then the check engine light came on. Thermostat suddenly went to shit on a 4yr old truck with under 30k immediately after getting fob fixed. Coincidence my ass. Went to change the battery fob on my Corolla and now the alarm goes off every time I remote start. I'm scared to get that fixed because I don't know what kind of crazy crap they'll do to my car. Yes, they offer a lifetime warranty, but I don't trust them to go back.

I'm not sure what's going on with this team, but I've given them 2 separate chances both times they've messed up the vehicle and I had to go back to have The work redone. The first time they damaged my mirrior and didnt say anything. I had to go back and see if they could fix my mirror on my brand new truck. It only had 400 miles and they tried to say it was like that when it showd up. I had pictures proving otherwise So instead of going in for a bedliner and rust proofing, like I did on the first truck, all I had them do was a simple interior detail, and they still couldn't manage to get that right. After taking the vehicle in and leaving it there so they could have first thing in the morning when they open. Because I needed it by 4. When I showed up to get it, it wasn't ready and I had to stand there for 40 minutes while they attempted to do all of the work. So i had to schedule another appointment to drop it off all day yet again. And go back to pick up my vehicle and there is still issues with it.I explained that the front and back glass, both needed to be addressed. Along with multiple other areas Nobody touched my front Glass, leaving it completely filthy and full of streaks. And still had all the dirt/ debris under the seatbelts .Most definitely not worth the two hundred and twenty dollars I spent. Go ahead and save yourself the money spend fifteen minutes with a microfiber cloth and a spray bottle with just water.I guarantee your vehicle will look better.
Update: after speaking with their customer service department they are as useless as their technicians. And if you have a problem you can count on the store lying about the situation and the customer service team to do absolutely nothing. They claim the vehicle was in to rough of shape and couldn't be cleaned. Which I found halarious due to the fact I was able to clean all of the areas in the pictures just fine myself. They are just lazy and unprofessional. I don't know how glass can be to rough when a simple spray of glass cleaner and a microfiber cleaned it right off. Or how the dirt they left behind I was able to vacuum right up. But yet some how it was to rough.... give me a break this entire company is a joke.
