I was shopping Walgreens online for Wound Wash ($4.99) when I noticed that it was available at this location. So instead of purchasing the item from online I went to the store to purchase it. The staff was wonderful. However, I went to purchase the Wound Wash and it was $7.49 instead. I was curious to what happened to $4.99 since that's what it was showing online. The lady at the counter told me that I would have to order the product ONLINE and do curb side pick up if I wanted to get the product at $4.99. I was ready to do that when another employee entered our conversation and said, "if you purchase it online and do curb side pick up you'll have to wait a while to pick it up." I said, but I'm here now and the product is available. I can place my order and drive up to pick it up. She insisted, I would have to wait a while before I could pick it up. I have no idea why, it wasn't a line outside of the door or anything. And their curbside service line was empty. Not too sure what was happening here. I ended up just buying the $7.49 Wound Wash and leaving to write this very confusing review. WALGREENS PLEASE DO BETTER. Why are your ONLINE prices $2.50 less than your in store prices?? This is very confusing to the customer.

I love Walgreens. However theres a guy that makes picking up FedEx package way more difficult that any instruction given by FedEx. I'm currently in between residences and haven't updated my ID due to a chaotic schedule. BUT I did bring my insurance policy that has the current address. Nope! 3 times I've made a trip out here and had to go home empty handed. (Different packages) Ive now been waiting till I think he's shift is over to pick up my goods. Extra enraging when I've payed for next day delivery.

Your average Walgreens. Good place to stop for all your drug store needs. It's near my work so I find myself stopping by if I need to pick something up quick..or if I need some kind of basic office item for my store. The entrance and exit are a bit annoying. If you're traveling one way on Route 4 you have to either pass and circle around to be heading in the right direction of the 4-way traffic light to make it to the entrance (which is in the rear of the store), or risk entering at the exit in front of the store that's pointing in the opposite direction. A little wonky but I guess not the biggest of deals. Other than that. This place is A-OK in my book.

I really like the Fairfield, Dixie Hwy, Walgreens. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I have been a Walgreens' customer for many years. I especially like having the opportunity to speak directly with a pharmacist vs. a telephone conversation with an on-line order.
