We can never get packages delivered to our house. It’s always the same excuse, animal interference, even when we leave the dogs in the house I just went and upgraded our mailbox and spent almost $300 on an extra large mailbox that accepts packages and the mail carrier will still not deliver the package.
But little does she know that I have installed new security cameras. And I will be watching the video at the time that she supposedly tried to deliver the package at the house. Oh, and apparently now your office has blocked mine and my wife’s phone number from the numerous calls that we’ve made complaining about this because now when I called down there, it goes straight to computer and nobody will ever answer the phone, no matter what time of day it is?

Had a package be claimed it was delivered when it never came. Said it was delivered at 9pm. Our mailman comes between 10am and 12pm. I have camera outside my front door and nobody ever showed up. I tried calling and couldn't get in touch with an actual person.

A package was scheduled for delivery today and never arrived, stating there wasn't "access to delivery location" when you already delivered my regular mail AND a small package this very same morning. You know what's not accessible? Me having to take my wheelchair to the post office instead of getting my damn delivery like I should have. Disgraceful

Still waiting on a lock change I paid for over 8 weeks ago. I went into the office spoke with the manager and she said she just took over and it would be done the next week but it’s been 3 weeks since then. This is ridiculous I paid out of pocket for this lock change. I am on a fixed income. Shame on the postal service

I paid to have a key in my mailbox a month ago still have not received a key have to drive across town to pick up my mail every couple days or every day depending on when I even get a notification We’ve been in line for 30 minutes waiting. This is ridiculous. They need to hire more people or less than the load over here. Sorry excuse it makes you wanna go to UPS or FedEx

I've had some pretty terrible service here in the past but if today was any reflection on current status than it's gotten much better. I've complained enough that I figured when I had a good experience I should let them know.

Horrible. My mother doesn’t speak very well English and wanted to ship four boxes of goods to family that lived in another state. I wrote the addresses on the boxes very clearly for the workers to see and to make it easy for my mom. Only 3 boxes were shipped correctly and one of the boxes were accidentally shipped to our own house instead. My mother then went back to the post office to get it fixed and shipped to the correct address. They ended up shipping it to some completely random address in California. (Keep in mind I literally had the addresses written on the box very clearly) I was confused as to how this happened so I went back and compared the random address my mother’s package was shipped to, to the address it was intended to be shipped to and it didn’t even have the same street name, numbers or similarities in the slightest. What a joke

Don't send cards through this mail facility with cash or giftcards in them. Thieving punks work here. It happens every year. I keep telling people not to send me stuff like that but some people never listen and every year my cards are ripped opened if not ripped up themselves and the contents are removed.This is not the only reason they get a 1 star. Inconsistent delivery times, different mailman every day, and they commonly deliver to the wrong houses. They've also left packages in the street in front of my house a few times.

Insane how this place is so poorly ran. They are always under-stafffed, causing insanely long lines and waits. Hire some more damn people to work the counter!
