Usually a great place but they’ve acquired a large amount of new staff and no one seems to know much. Lady this morning wanted to argue with me when I informed her all of the coffee pots were empty after I tried using all of them. Disappointing.

Walked in to get milkshakes and was looking at the ice cream, look and saw a long black hair in the strawberry one and all they did was scoop it out. The shakes had ice cream all on the outside and just messy and I had to whip it off mostly

Drinks are never stocked. Went in tonight. Nothing but diet drinks and udf water. 50 slots for energy drinks. Probably 50 or so slots were empty

I come here almost every day to get a chocolate banana shake. usually it's okay visit, not a very long wait they have a couple new girls that need some training, one acted like she was annoyed to have to come serve me, then yesterday the other one made me a shake and she didn't even mix it up. it was all milk on the top and the ice cream in the bottom.

Grew up in Ohio, but now live in Indiana. My spouse and I were wanting ice cream. We chose UDF as we haven’t had it in awhile and we were in the area. My one scoop of raspberry cheesecake was very good. The woman working was very nice and asked if I wanted a bit more as she felt the scoop was on the smaller side. My spouse also enjoyed the ice cream. Will return, if in this area again.

Industrial strength air freshener plug-in in the tiny bathroom made me, my hair, and all of my things smell like it from only being in there for one minute. Smells bad. Gave me a headache. Toilet and sink were clean, just not the air.

Purchased a sandwich. First bite and insects crawled out of the sandwich. Unfortunately I had already finished my milkshake. No telling what I consumed. I can definitely say I am not feeling my best at the moment. Very disappointing.
