I have never seen a gas station with pumps out of service or credit card reader in pumps not working more than this place.
Over and over and over again. Even the employees told me that their equipment is low quality and breaks all the time.
I’m not even a Kroger plus member but now I fill up at Kroger across the street or suggest going to Speedway, where they maintain the pumps and equipment inside the store regularly to keep customers moving. It’s sad to see UDF so out of touch.

Came to get 2 king-size hot fudge sundaes. The first issue, they were out of whipped cream, and this isn't the first time. Second, the fudge was so runny that it was more like Hershey syrup. It just tastes horrible and leaves a nasty after taste. Needs to go back to the old hot fudge recipe!!!

You have one person working the counter and one person working behind ice cream service. It's Sunday night. I just saw 2 guys come out of restroom and tell another customer they were waiting longer. Get a clue UDF. Let people have the option of taking a number. Then people will have their turn when it is actually their turn. Simple solution. Your ice cream may be good but not that good to have to put up with the aggravation.

There’s a girl here who’s really nice, and a younger man who does the ice cream who’s nice as well, but today was a complete mix. Two younger women (one with brown roots and pink hair and the other wore a blue hoodie) with a minor running cash register, pink hair was talking about how she “wants to be able to walk outside naked” in her future house, and then about her mother or somebody being unable to have kids. I heard all of this as I see their soda machine is broken for the third week in a row. I went to get a starry instead and they were all covered in some brown liquid, so when I grabbed it it slipped out of my hand, and not a single one that was out didn’t have it on the mouth piece or bottle. If you just wipe it before putting it out, nobody would even know. It’s fine to talk to your coworkers and joke around, but it’s kind of annoying to be struggling to find something to drink that isn’t covered in another substance, and from the soda section near the employees want to be naked. Wait till there isn’t people in the store.

This UDF is awesome, due to a recent battle with throat cancer I cannot speak. The staff at this UDF store bend over backwards to accommodate me and the things I need. I cannot thank them them enough. God bless this UDF!

UDF has the best malts and shakes I've had, and flavors vary by season and availability. Decent public restrooms, and the convenience stature is small but perfect for a snack during travels
