Thornton's regularly sells out of date food items. I get that they're working to make a profit. BUT they need to stop selling expired food before someone gets sick. OR WORSE. Dies. If they don't stop selling expired food items, there will be legal consequences.

Management has stated they are removing the express checkout kiosks. Didn’t say why. They haven’t been in use for months. Doesn’t matter. It gives me time to plan my day while standing in line with 9 other people waiting on one open register.

Stopped to fill up some air on my motorcycle tire, air machine malfunctioned and now made me hobble the bike elsewhere because I have even less air. Went inside to let them know it's messed up, basically said it's not their machine. It has their name plastered right on the front of. Ok then who's is it then.

Chelsea needs to be recognized for what she did for me tonight. I was taking an uber from work to this Thortons and then home. My uber driver was making me feel unsafe and all around creeping me the hell out. I had told her that I was uncomfortable and she was really quick with her thinking and not only walked me outside (pretended like she knew me) but she turned on the front cameras for me to make sure that if she didn't hear from me when I got home that she had his information. I really feel like she's the kind of person everyone WISHES for in that situation. She made me feel so much safer just by acting quickly and putting everything they teach you to good use and I can't thank her enough for that. She could have brushed it off but she didnt and im super thankful for that. It will literally always be on my mind. Plus the store was very well stocked and clean and creepy driver aside I got my snacks lol
