Technician was nice but seemed asif he didn't want to do the work, said the spot I wanted him to drain wasn't the reason for the clog in my sink which was insightful. I said there was another spot just had to clean a path way being i just inherited a few things, he said it'll be the same price if I rented a snake from home depot and do it myself. I just agreed shook his hand and went in, I'm guessing cuz it was same day service, maybe he didn't want the add-on not sure but just hope he would've at least attempted it... idk just my opinion

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone even my worst enemy. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed a few days ago. Everything worked fine for a few days. Yesterday the air stopped working. It was 80 degrees in the house. Called and they said someone would come out today. A tech came out today and found a leak in the line and said they can't repair till tomorrow. My dad is 80 years old and does NOT need to be in a house that is 80 degrees especially after spending over $10,000 on a new unit. How did they not know there was a leak in the line when they first installed it? They are supposed to be professionals??? If I could've left 0 stars I would have. Obviously we aren't important enough to fix it today after they already got their money. Run from this company!!!

I don't think I have ever had a technician visit my home for any type of repair work who was as knowledgeable and professional as Elyas Muhammadi. He was amazingly thorough and took the time to explain to me at length (and show me the photos) of what needed to be repaired with my heating/cooling unit. Thomas & Galbraith are very fortunate to have someone like Elyas on their team.

Got a new furnace 4 years ago and still under warranty. 3 weeks ago my AC went out. They add refrigerant even though it has a leak. and that cost the furnace blowers fan to go bad. Since we didn't maintenance every year because we didn't know, they said I have to pay $20 every month for a year for them to fix, after I sign on it and they replace the motor, his boss called and told him to remove it and they did.
YOUR TECH TOLD US IT SHOULD BE OK FOTR A COUPLE OF YEARS IF WE ADD REFRIGERANT EVEN THOUGH THOUGH WE HAVE A LEAK. WHICH WAS NOT AND AND AC AND BLOWER WENT BAD NEXT TWO DAYS. ITS YOUR FAULT. IM NOT TALKING ABOUT WARRANTY IM TALKING ABOUT THE HORRIBLE JOB YOU GUYS DID. I NEED MY MONEY BACK 655 AND FIX THR BLOWER.

I submitted an appointment request online for a backed up kitchen sink. They called me back the next day (Sunday) to set up an appointment. They sent me a text with the appointment time slot. On the appointment day, I received an email and text when the tech was on his way with a link showing me where he was.
The tech was professional and friendly. Answered any questions I had, talked me through what he was doing, and explained how the warranty worked. It was nice knowing that it was a flat fee (or free if they didn't resolve the issue) for the fix. I had a great experience with this company. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if I do, I won't hesitate to call them back.

CJ from sales was super efficient with providing me the best options for my house's new HVAC system. The purchase came with extended parts/labor warranties and the financing was better than most cars loans. The crew installed and validated everything within a day and answered all the questions I had. 10/10

I was having issues with a mini-split AC freezing up. I had another company come out and identify the problem but couldn't do the repair b/c they were restricted to work on the brand of the unit I owned. When I engaged Thomas & Galbraith I gave the service technician a detailed description of the identified issue with the unit. The technician continued to go through his routine inspection. He then quoted me a minimum repair price of $3,000. The unit is only 2 years old and cost me $1,500 to purchase new. He gave me no alternative options and when I asked for a price to purchase a new unit he could not give me a ballpark estimate. I then decided that he could not help and he still proceeded to charge me the service fee to come out. I was extremely disappointed and had a very bad all-around customer experience.

STAY AWAY! These people are underhanded predatory scammers. They let the freon out of our unit! We signed up for the monthly service agreement in September 2023 for plumbing and HVAC. They performed the preventative maintenance on the plumbing first on 9/5/23. It seemed to go great with Robbie. So we scheduled to get our PM service done on our HVAC system before winter arrived. Elyas came out on 9/18/23 and quoted all kinds of issues. I believed him at that time. However, our 21-year-old system was working as it should. Therefore, we weren't going to replace it. However, we did allow Elyas to replace the hot surface igniter. O4/30/24 a very hot day and we have no air. We turned it on only to find out there was no air. Set an appointment with the home warranty company and they stopped a leak and put freon in our system. Of course we know they didn't fill the system to capacity. They said the leak came from loose caps on the outside. I really didn't think anything of it until they sent out JuJuan to do a PM on 8/20/24. Air was working perfectly fine before he came. Lo and behold, we wake up to no air. Called them immediately and complained we had air before JuJaun did the PM. The supervisor Ron called me and stated he would send someone out to do a leak test. Elyas came out the next day and tried to trick me right in my presence. He took the caps off inside the home and put the meter to it and it went off. I made him put the caps back on and check it again. No beeping. WOW!!! I work in maintenance. Called Fast Response Heating and Cooling. They came out and determined our freon was let out. When I think back to the PM on 9/18/23 they let the freon out then. They can get away with something like this on an older system because a customer would be aware the system is old and they would probably replace it. We're looking into what legal action can be taken and we definitely canceled that service agreement. Them letting your freon out to sell you a system is just beyond crazy! It's diabolical and psychotic!!!
