Credit where it's due... We have a mattress that held up very well for 9 years before failing. They brought my mattress in to inspect, as it was still under warranty, found the issue, and made all necessary repairs at no cost.
I can only give 3 stars, however, because of my experience leading up to this. Their inspector made every excuse and accusation possible, trying to make it seem as though my wife and I had damaged the mattress before they took it in. Had I not pushed back and insisted that his reasoning was bogus, I feel as though no effort would have been made to actually fix a critical issue. After picking the mattress up from my house and taking it to their store, they then tried to accuse me of dropping the mattress on its corner (damage that wasnt there before they picked it up and i had photos to prove). I can't help but wonder how many other people backed down due to these tactics and never got the help they needed. In the end it worked out for me, but the whole process was very shady.

They have some deceptive practices and a very unfriendly customer service policy. You can't know for sure how a bed is going to feel until you sleep on it, and they side swipe you for that. No refund, and no return is something that no longer exists in this day and age. When you have a problem with the mattress you are told it's not based on how the mattress feels as to how you buy it?!?! Well, how do you judge a mattress then?? This is about to be a journey because I don't have $1000 to just throw away.

I was literally in and out of this place. I walked in and was greeted by a lady at the front desk and she asked if she could help me with anything. I responded “I’m just browsing right now”. She shook her head and looked down at her phone in an annoyed manner. I asked if that was okay and she responded “well, this is a place of business, so..”I immediately walked out. I’ve never been somewhere and felt so un-welcomed. When customers say they’re just browsing, it’s a way of shopping without the hassles of salesman. Do not recommend coming here. Sales room wasn’t much too look at anyways.

I have bought two beds from the store and the service has been. I went back there to help my friend find a bed and unfortunately the service was not that great this time they were willing to talk to us for a while but then they just left and never came back. I hope that this store goes back to the service that it used to give.

We purchased from OMF recently. The associates were friendly, knowledgeable and well groomed. No high-pressure sales, just explained the options and let us decide what we needed. The price was very reasonable. The delivery team was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I called the Fairfield store and spoke to Greg Gibbs. I know his name only because I ask him his name after I received the most rude and disrespectful responses I have ever had from anyone at any store even the dollar general. It was very strange almost as if I was having a joke played on me. I ask about a mattress and he began laughing when I told him my back was in a lot of pain from my injuries during my military service in Iraq. He mocked about everything I said. One of the most ambivalent and rude people I've ever spoken to.

I have a badly injured back from my time in the Military. I am partially disabled from a wartime injury. I called and spoke to Greg Gibbs. I told him I needed a mattress because of my service related Injuries and the pain I'm in. He began to laugh out loud mocking me and my military service. I have no idea what was going on. Everything I said he would laugh, talk over me and interrupt me. This went on until my girlfriend who was listening next to me got on the phone to ask him to be professional and help answer our questions about a mattress. Greg than began mocking her as well and speaking down to her until he hung up on us. We called back and we're hung up on 3 more times. Greg Gibbs is the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in all my years. Apparently he was too Woke to care about his job.

I have bought two mattresses from this store. I called to get more information on what I can do to make my most recent purchase more comfortable and the manger GREG GIBBS would not let me speak, ask questions, or explain my situation. He talked over me, refused to give me company information, and disrespected me over and over again. Every time I would ask him to let me speak he would recite policy over top of the questions I was trying to ask. Asking for help from a company Ive spent thousands of dollars with should not result in being berated, belittled and disrespected. This is no way to run a company and talk to a human being. Im disappointed a company would employee someone like this. I will never recommend or buy from this company again and I will tell everyone I know to not step foot near your stores. Disgusting the way a company can talk down to someone and laugh at them over the phone when they are asking questions and trying to get help. Im dissapointed at them as a company and also on a human level.
