Scheduled an appointment with Jessi months in advance for an upcoming event. Was sadly disappointed with her level of professionalism. She hurried thru curling my hair missing several pieces and when I asked her to re curl some of it I felt like I was being too picky so I just accepted how she styled my hair for the event. I had to go back to my hotel and re curl most of my hair to make it look good. She charged me $40 for something I could have done in 10 minutes on my own. Disappointed ?

I've gotten my hair done a few times here and came out more than satisfied and the girls are nice, but this last time I visited was just ok.I almost felt like my hair was to hyped up, rushed, and ended up not being 100% what I was going for. My color faded out after one wash, which meant it was temporary color, and I felt like the communication wasnt there when it came to that.

Best haircut experience my 9 yr. old daughter has ever had! Jessi was wonderful and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We felt like we had been coming here for years not just our 1st appt. Will def. be coming back next time we are due for cuts.

I have a hard time deciding and expressing what I want, but jessi was both intuitive and patient beyond belief, she really has a passion and gift for what she does, i left feeling satisfied, refreshed and above all confident, i would definitely recommend and will certainly be back as regular!
