I could not have asked for a better start to finish lease experience than the one my Sales Rep Brook and the Sales Manager Ali provided. I came in wanting to test drive a Santa Fe Calligraphy after having driven a Palisade Calligraphy on my last work trip. From the jump Brook was so awesome about explaining all of the features on the vehicle and not being pushy whatsoever, knowing this was the very beginning of the leasing process for me. After my test drive, she mentioned she could give me a mock up of what a lease could look like with them to take with me as I went and looked at other options so I could compare what they could offer me to other dealerships. Her and Ali were incredible to work with and mentioned how they wanted to truly EARN my business with the offer I was eventually given. I couldn't be more happy with my beautiful new Santa Fe and would recommend Brook and Ali (and this vehicle) to anybody looking to lease or buy a new vehicle. Also shoutout to the fact that they're both Swifties and had the Taylor Swift music bumping while I was filling out all of the paper work. 10/10 recommend!

Purchased a Palisade from Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield over the 2024 Labor Day weekend. While the staff is friendly.. the whole process was terribly inefficient.
Simply put (to avoid complaining too much.. hah), I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to others. There are plenty other dealerships in the area with similar deals/prices and you will likely have a way better experience.
