The pump shutoff didn’t work so I look back and see gasoline pouring down the side of my car. Was wondering why my car was taking so much fuel… completely dangerous. If I hadn’t checked there could have been fuel everywhere.A real safety hazard

How is the place even open? I tried 3 different pumps and they were completely antiquated and had error messages. Save yourself time and don’t stop at this gas station no matter how convenient you think it is.

The owners need to pay their bills and be respectful of their employees. Stopped to get a soda. It was 1000 degrees d/no air conditioning, the coolers were not working, no bathroom. Like if it's that bad, close for the day and fix your stuff. I felt bad for the guy working

Left without buying anything due to bathroom out of order sign. I can't bare the thought of employees relieving themselves in the back office. (That was a joke,... But apparently they don't want customers to use their bathroom). Obviously the bathroom must be in order.

Customer service 101 if you offer Air and we have to pay $1.00 for it then take responsibility for the machine even if it's not "yours" it's on your propriety and you are advertising It. My tire is going flat I inserted the last 4 coins I had on me your machine doesn't have the proper parts to allow me to get air and the digital display is broke no biggie I just need air but your tire thing is broke When I went in and told you nicely I didn't even get out what I was trying to say and you cut off and say this is not my problem this machine is not mine no dollar back I can't give you, you call number (there is no number) thanks for cutting me off when I was trying to speak and I nicely suggested you place an out of order sign so no one else loses their money you briskly stated I can not do it's not mine I can not put sign on machine it's not my problem Well it's not and neither is great customer service apparently No problem I will happily find another place who honors their customers and I will happily give up them my business and future business because it's not your problem.
