Michael Garland and the other agents in his office truly provide great customer service they make understanding insurance simple and easy. I’ve been a happy customer for five years. I’ve been able to save hundreds of dollars when bundling and switching from Allstate. Not to mention the other benefits that State Farm as a whole offers.

The customer service is unmatched! I requested a quote, received it the same day. They mentioned they could save me more money by bundling my home and other vehicles. I received that quote for everything the next day. Debbie made everything so easy! She was super friendly and went above and beyond! Since becoming a customer I have spoken with the others in the office as well and they are all so kind and helpful!

I am so grateful to have found the best insurance agent in town. Michael and his team, special mention to Blake "From State Farm :)" are always so helpful and considerate. They give us great peace of mind. We have been with them for over a year now, and have many cars under policy. It's great to know that if anything unexpected happens we have them to call.

I decided to check out a new insurance option after finding out that my auto policy 6 month renewal would increase almost 10%, again. Michael Garland and Blake Castor took the time to present me with options that offered improved coverage at a lower price. They now have my policies for auto, renters, and business insurance. These guys are a great team to work with.

Below is an email I sent to my insurance broker because I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff! We have been with Michael Garland for 23 years and counting and I couldn’t not ask for a better person to have our backs or take better care of us! Him and his staff are the kindest most caring people that I have ever dealt with, and if you have issues they will get things done quickly regardless of what it is! Thank you guys for always being there for us!

Good morning Michael,
I just want you to know how great the ladies in your office are and how diligent they are about getting things done! I know you guys are extremely busy and don’t normally handle claims stuff, however like with the truck claims has been horrible with the house and drop the ball multiple times. I reached out to them for help and they didn’t hesitate to get me answers to my questions every time I have called them. Yesterday I again called for help to get answers and within 15 minutes of me getting off the phone with them I received calls from everyone and got the information I needed about the engineer that is coming out and it was scheduled. You have a terrific staff which I’m sure you know but you and them are the reason we stay with State Farm.

Recently switched back to State Farm. Prompt, efficient, and gracious. While hope to never need them for claims, confident that our needs in an unfortunate situation will be handled in a professional and prompt manner. Quotes came back quickly , questions addressed promptly, and a face to face appointment time adjusted to our schedule. Rates were highly competitive.
