I had gone to this salon since I was a teenager . I would only ever trust this salon with my nails because they always had done such a great job . They were always so caring and would always ask to see pictures of my baby , now toddler . My little girl turned 3 and wanted to start getting her nails and toes painted , this is when everything started to change about how I felt about this place that I had gone to for so long . When my toddler would go in , none of them wanted to do her service , they would ask me if she would sit still , which I completely get it can be difficult with a rambunctious 3 year old , but after all I have always paid well for these services and it made my little girl so happy and proud . The last time I ever went in , I was told by one of the young ladies that nobody actually wanted to do my daughter’s nails because nobody had the patience and kids services are not what brought them money . I just couldn’t believe it and I’ve never gone back since that day . I have ALWAYS thought so highly of this place and recommended them to everyone . I know there are a lot of sweet women working in this salon and as i’ve continued to say , I’ve always loved this place , but please try to do better . Remember that without your customers , you wouldn’t be in business . a little compassion and patience can go a long way in todays world . I don’t really think painting a little girls nails and toes should be enough to want to lose a customer of 20 plus years .

This place is raciest as EVER! My first experience was horrible! The lady that sits at station 9 tipped herself because I didn’t want gel polish! Not only that, she had me (thee only person) pay her ahead of time! Not to mention my nails are NEVER worth 50 bucks! I just needed a fill-in!! They don’t even tell you how much the service is before charging your card! Mind you, my nails are extremely short! Never again!!! You lady need to get it together! 0 stars for me!

My husband and I will go here from now on. My husband has difficult feet, and we have tried several places, but snow nails have taken care of him the best. They take their time and make sure we are satisfied before leaving.

I've been getting my nails done here for 5 years. Ms Cindy and staff are always incredibly sweet and kind. I've never been dissapointed in their work.

I have been going to Snow Nails for at least 10 years to have pink and white on my fingernails (my preference) and pedicures which are so relaxing.
Cindy, the manager, is awesome! She is very kind, friendly and caring about how the customer wants their nails done.
I have had many of the girls do my pedis and they are great as well!
Thank you Cindy, Sophie, Cammy, Yvonne, and Molly, you are all the best and very friendly!
I highly recommend going to Snow Nails!

The manager is rude! She speaks badly about customers in their language. Every time I have been here she seems to have the same bad attitude. I regret spending $180 here today. I’ll take my money and my business elsewhere. *If you have a no refund policy but you say you will fix the problem-Don’t talk stuff when you have to fix it!

I've been coming here for 5 years, and the ladies are some of the kindest and most hard working people! Ms Cindy is always kind. I'm tough on my nails and they never hold it against me.

Been goin here for about a month and they are great! I seen some not so good reviews from here so I was nervous they were gonna be awful but they were pretty good this time and the last time.

Monday is the day to go, less wait time. Amazing feet and leg rubs. All in all my feet look better and was so relaxed after from the massage.Pedicure price: $35.00

Got a nasty infection after a pedicure. Not once have I seen sanitization of hand tools.

Will not go here after seeing two of their employees rummaging through the green city project donations of clothes and toys and taking stuff for their own kids. How disgusting do you have to be to steal from a charity? Vile

Snow Nails was recommended to me but she "hadn't heard good things" about this location. I'm not familiar with the area so I wound up here and figured I'd try it. I'm so glad I did! I love my pedi ☺️
