“Delivery guys clearly communicated when they were coming, arrived on time, and really went above & beyond getting my dryer hooked up. This is my first time getting an appliance delivered, i didn't know what the etiquette is w/r/t to tipping these guys, but if these people are coming to your house my advice is have your wallet ready because when you see what a good job they do delivering your appliances you will feel such intense gratitude that you will feel *compelled* top tip these dudes.I regret not having cash when this happened so I'm leaving a glowing review; if you're reading this and you're a supervisor at RXO delivery please increase the salary of all delivery drives accordingly as these guys are literal angels doing God's good work here on earth”

“The staff at UPS 8216 Princeton Glendale is super professional. One staff member in particular, his name is DJ was very kind, attentive and patient. He assisted me with cancelling and re-requesting a return label. He walked me through the process for a few minutes all with a smile. Highly recommend this place.”
“Pretty good you check in in a link via phone i arrive 3 hours before appointment got a door 3.5 hours to load check out on a link as well pick BOL at security guard they will put seal if you’re load required simple place big enough to maneuver”

They were also very patient in answering all my questions and made sure I had the right shipping option for my needs. Didn’t feel rushed at all. The store was clean, well organized, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. It’s great to see such dedicated customer service, you don’t see that often anymore.. “I started out with a 1-star rating on my review. I had an issue with 2 packages that were shipped from Springdale to Scottsdale, where I am for the month of February. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. I'm now anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Thanks, Haley for helping to get my issue straightened out.”

“I arrived there for drop and hook but my company was short in trls....so they were so nice and friendly to assigned me a door inmedially for live load and in less than 15 minutes loaded and bol in just like 17 minutes and back on the road...they not have a overnight parking so if u go there be sure that u have at the las 5 hours in your 14 to wait if u have appointment for live load...they r so fast but they have enough trls to load.... ohh your trl must be clean and in good condition and zero holes.... ??”
“Recently have been using Central for my LTL National shipments. Ultra low rates keeps more money in my pocket. Rates almost 1/2 as much as other carriers. Going on 6 months without any issues.”
“We bought a computer chair for my brother, July 20 at the Staples on Colerain in Cincinnati. The selection was great and the chair we picked was only $120. We didn't know if we could put it in the car, but they offered to put it together for only $30, and in 2 pieces so it would easily fit. The assembly by them also gave us a guarantee that if anything happened to the chair in the next 3 years, we'd get a credit for the full amount (less assembly) toward a replacement. The only holdup was a delay picking it up when they were short-staffed the next day. But once a person was available, they loaded it in the car for us. My brother is really happy with his chair. Would definitely shop here again!”

I think i've been here six or so times in the past 6 months and have made myself a nuisance with how ridiculous some of my shipments are. But they have been extremely kind, efficient and helpful- each time. I am so thankful for the staff at this location!”
